The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about working on phone. Parts were on hand to fix it and they did it a timely manner. Offered and told about other services they offer. Definitely would go back if I have an issue with phone as well for some the other services they offer.

I broke my iPhone 11 screen Friday night, they fixed it Saturday the next day. Scheduled an appointment on line. Then called with questions prior to appointment and we rescheduled for earlier time. Blake was amazing, kind and helpful, from answering my questions to fixing my phone. Thanks Blake!

Their staff was really helpful and quickly replaced the battery in my key fob. I also appreciate that when I called to ask a question before I stopped by, the person who answered was really friendly and confidently answered my question.

I wasn’t happy with the customer service at all because the employee was rude. He didn’t know what battery I needed and didn’t want to help me with a simple remote. I was also overcharged. The employee also smoked right in front of the store.(

Ordered on-line and received email notification, ready for pick up, in 20 minutes. Arrived at the store and there was one customer in line before me. Batteries+ employee installed/replaced the factory 2012 JKU battery and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Sure doesn't sound like a 5 year old battery when I turn the key!
