Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Madison, WI

Good 'ol Farm and Fleet. For those of us who live in the country this is our main-stay-supply-store. Where else can you get a combination of farm-supplies and daily home-goods and even clothing. Still, a unique blend of products makes Farm and Fleet a strong choice for products and services. They have had items no other store in Madison has had in my experience. For instance, one day I had a boat trailer tire blow-out on Hwy 30. Nobody in town could help me, but Farm and Fleet had the trailer tire mounted on a wheel. My wife just drove there while I waited with boat on the side of the road. In minutes she was back and we changed the wheel and tire. Off we went. And, for comprehensive veterinary supplies you can't beat their prices. Things like Flea, and Tic collars, dog and cat toys, foods, vitamins, etc. all there. Great for fisher-people and hunters too. Automotive and hardware sections are best in town. For homesteaders, Farm and Fleet reigns supreme, still. Keep it up.

Had a tire leak checked and was told is wasn’t repairable (basically had to demand my car back), took it to Ken’s in McFarland for a second opinion, where they repaired it.

Had a great experience getting a new battery after mine sputtered out. Andrew help set up my appointment for new tires He was knowledgeable, respectful and patient with other folks in the store. The technician was quick and I was outta there in like 1.5 hours. Thank you very much!!!

Farm & Fleet was such a great experience. We were able to get help to find the things we were looking for and even got a recommendation for a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat - over at Monona Cafe & Bakery on Monona Dr.! Yummmm! That was the best food I've had in quite some time! And we brought some gorgeous pastries home for a treat later. We will go back again - to the bakery and to Farm & Fleet. Oh, and I HAVE TO ADD that we needed to stop in to the other one - Fleet Farm - on the same day. What a disappointment. It was like we had ended up in upside down land. Where everything had been good at Farm & Fleet, it was just plain awful at Fleet Farm. Give me my good ole' Blain's Farm & Fleet any day! There, I am always able to get great service with a smile. I'm able to find what I need or ,if I'm not, there's someone there that can find me something even better for half the price. And they always honor their stated policies. If someone tells you they're going to do something for you, they do it. Not so at Fleet Farm. I won't even bother going there again. I don't want to give them any of my money. Bravo to Farm & Fleet for all of their years of great service, fully stocked products, a wide arrangement of items to choose from, and for their integrity. I'm going to keep coming back to you, sweet reliable.

I have done lots of shopping at this store. I always find something reasonably priced. I have used the automotive department for new tires and I received a great deal. I stripped the bolts on my license plates and they reattached at no cost. The check out lines are fast and the staff are always courteous. All around a great place to shop!

We went here to get New Batteries for our M2 Freightliner and the teammate here named August was super helpful! He was able to show us the exact batteries that we needed for our truck and went the extra mile with his customer service. He found the best brand for us, explained about the core refunds for bringing the old batteries back, and even gave our company a call to let us know that there was an extra receipt that we had left there which he knew was important for warranty/tax purposes. Awesome team member all around who really supports his company well. We will plan on getting more of our batteries and equipment from Blain's in the future because of him. Thanks again August!

Don't waste your time and money. I spent over $1000 for new brakes that started making noises a week later. I have taken one vehicle back twice already and they still can't figure out why brand new brakes are squeeky. I am supposed to take the other vehicle back for basically the same issue but I won't even bother. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
