Capitol Tire and Auto Repair Service

this shop is the best. Been going here for 4 years. My car needed a new starter. They recommended Liberty Towing, also a great company. Capitol Tire got my car at around noon on a Friday and had the job done by 3:30! There are no hidden costs because they keep you in the loop the whole way. Really good guys.

Very customer focused! Fast, efficient service. Helpful and friendly. Take the time to explain what's needed now, and what can be done later. Speak in terms anyone can understand, even if you didn't take auto shop in school. Great communication and terrific web site! Highly recommend!!!

Staff was pleasant and helpful, and provided a loaner car. They provided honest advice about when to have major time specific work without feeling pushy. Provide basic maintenance in a timely manner. Thanks for the great job!

Highly recommend this place. They gave me a loaner car while they worked on my car. I'm really happy with the service. I came in for wheel bearings. I'd definitely come back! I thought they were quite honest and hardworking.

I recently came to know Capitol Tire after years of driving by...thinking it was some budget tire shop. We bought a car for our daughter at a local dealership and they sent us here to have a tire issue resolved. I was honestly, surprised at the level of courtesy and professionalism as I watch customers come in and out of the shop while I was waiting. So I thought, I would give them a try with my next oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail and care they showed my truck and again with my SUV. Highly recommended.

Capitol Tire has great service! We had to wait more than a week for a part to be delivered, but they offered us a complimentary loaner car. They kept us informed on the status of the part shipment, and finished the repair promptly. They also gave us information on when our brakes would need to be replaced so we could plan ahead. Derik was very nice and helped my wife one morning when I had to drop her off with our baby and a bunch of our stuff. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
