It has been a great pleasure working with Casey, from start to finish. After our mom passed, we had to decide what to do with our childhood home (a huge farmhouse, two floors, plus attic and basement). We had several communications with Casey over the past year, during which time he provided great suggestions for places to donate items ourselves for free, to help keep the cost of using his services lower. I thought this was very kind and very professional, and it showed that he was not just interested in the business but in building a relationship. When the day finally came for him to do the "big move," everything went smoothly and Casey works quickly and efficiently. He has a lot of connections with different places for donation, doing his best to keep as much as he can out of the landfill. He also really listens and is very flexible and understanding as things evolve and change throughout the difficult process. He was sensitive to the fact that we were having a hard time going through childhood memories and he listened when we explained how important it was to "find new homes" for as much of our stuff as possible. He was easy to communicate with via phone and text, and very professional and responsive. His fees are fair and transparent. His hard work, great communication, and reassuring presence made an incredibly difficult and overwhelming task so much easier. We worked together remotely and he made it all so easy! He was able to donate a lot of my uncle's possessions instead of just sending it to the landfill. They don’t make them any better than this young man. When he says he will be there at 9:00 am, your doorbell rings at 9:00 am. Casey is not only pleasant, but is hard working and knowledgeable as to where to take the treasures you no longer want. We have used him once before with great satisfaction, and again this morning.
