Culligan Total Water of Madison

We have had culligan water services at our establishment for several years and our billing was through 3rd party. As of recently it no longer took our payments and they wanted direct payment immediately. They came to collect our coolers and bottles despite a payment being submitted through the system. Over $50 We are moving our business to Office H2O, which offers us better Systems that don't break down as often as we had ours replaced for hot water not working, or spout popping off etc. I'm glad they were non compliant so we could get a better service without any hassle. As well as they left over 10 empty bottles that they haven't picked up until they came to disconnect. I do not recommend, I never even had these issues with Hinkley Springs. This was for waste management not under me personally but my company so no you wouldn't have found me. But no need to call, we found our solution after years of subpar service.

Excellent product (under-sink RO filter) produces pure, safe, and tasty water great for drinking and especially nice for tea and coffee. Service also great. Annual reminder when service, which includes changing membrane and filter cartridges, is due . Years ago I had tried to do this myself- difficult, time consuming and expensive. Having Culligan Total Water do this is by far the best option. Service appointments easy to arrange and the service staff has always been pleasantly polite, and expeditious. We heartily endorse Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems.

My husband and I can no longer service our water softener ourselves. Culligan provides delivery and adds the salt for us. The drivers are careful in the house. I appreciate the autopay option.

We’ve had Culligan for five years now, so Service our duplex. We have iron and hard water problems. We run our equipment from them and the service it with a smile whenever we ask.

Reliable service with friendly and respectful technicians. I have 2 big dogs who get super excited whenever we have visitors, and these guys are never phased by them. Thanks Culligan Man! 🙂
