Stopped by Firestone to get some help with an issue I was having with my vehicle, and the team there was fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got it resolved without any hassle. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and honest about what needed to be done. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days, and they definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back to Firestone for all my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Firestone in Madison! I was out of town over Labor Day weekend when I got a flat tire. To make matters worse, I discovered that the shop who replaced my last tire had never returned the wheel lock key. With most places closed for the holiday, I was stressed about how I’d get home. From the very first phone call, Jonathan was incredibly calming, helpful and sympathetic to my situation. He walked me through the process, reassured me, and took care of everything start to finish. His kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. The manager, Jarrid, also stepped in to tie up some loose ends, and his thoughtfulness really stood out as well. Thanks to both, I was safely back on the road the same day. This shop went above and beyond. I’m grateful they were open and willing to help when I needed it most. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency tire issue and Firestone got me in last minute. They kept me updated and put up with me constantly checking in to see if it was done yet. No unnecessary upselling, no fluff, just exactly what I needed to get back on the road. Shout out to Aaron and Jarrid for helping me get in and out easy Peezy

Was sent a survey, but it timed-out? Have to give props to this store, for awesome service and pricing. Had a blow-out and Steve (Mgr) was extremely helpful, and quick, to get us back on the road, ASAP, with a new spare!. Thank you, to all service people at this location. Highly recommended

They went above and beyond to try and get my vehicle done as soon as possible. They let me know exactly what was going on and what was and was not covered under warranty and only did the work I told them to do. The only bad which I have not spoken to them about yet is when I got my vehicle back there is a very noticeable bigger gouge on my driver's rear door that was not there when I took it in. However I have not spoke to them on this matter as I was going to go back in and talk to the guy working but I could already tell he was not in a good mood when I picked my vehicle up so I decided I would just call the guy I had been working with from the start to resolve this issue!! But like I said I can not say anything bad because I have not spoken to them about it yet. Over all they went above and beyond for me!! I will be back and do recommend them

GM Jarid and Service Manager Steve are excellent. They do not try to sell you what you do not need and if something is not done 100% right they will make it right. They also helped to try to keep costs as low and fair as they could for me, saved over 1000 dollars on my original quote and were excellent overall. No one should expect perfection, but an effort for great service, honesty, and consistency with making things right is what defines this location. Highly recommend. Coming back a few weeks later to add another note about the amazing service this location provides. Despite being short staffed with a full lot, they prioritized getting me back on the road following another issue with my car. They are dependable, and they try to make everything as affordable as possible. If I have any choice, I would not choose any place other than this one.

Steve was SUPER helpful. I was in a bit of an emergency situation after a different tire service business goofed up my online reservation. Much to my relief, Steve got me right in as a walk-in at Firestone. I appreciated his helpful attitude and approach. Thanks, Firestone!
