We have had a wonderful experience with Kim Lamey. She made a very stressful time for us much easier. We had great customer service. She was very helpful and understanding. I woukd highly recommend storing here.

This place is so well kept and clean. Kim was so professional and so nice! We decided to store our stuff here which is almost 45 mins away from where we live just knowing the peace of mind that our stuff is safe here!
Very misleading and deceptive in how things work. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Have witnessed first hand them working with others in the past to catch up accounts. Now that I need this they suddenly no longer offer to "work with you". Would not recommend renting a place here. For several reasons one being your bill is raised every 3 months. Commonly referred to as a rate adjustment (beware). An they claim to send emails when they actually don't. 31 days late your charged a $75 fee, plus other expenses (lock cutting fee of whatever they choose to charge). Lease changes depending on circumstances. Or their discretion, it's in the fine print, be sure and read it and you will see. Will tell you anything to get you to rent a space. Started out $12 a month for smallest space, 3 months later almost tripled in price. Also was harassed for weeks by manager to leave a review until I did. Was told by manager "I play the victim." Hope thst was recorded for quality assurance?
Kim was great! She was very communicative and so friendly. I loved the location and never had any troubles or damages with my belongings in my shed! If I need a storage unit again I will be going here! Highly recommended..
