They have all the home related products that you would expect! When you ask an employee a question they take the time to help you locate something. Would recommend entering on the left side of the building where the carts are if you will be needing one. Will return again for any home / home improvement project needs.

Bought a pack of really thick socks here that I thought were going to be great. The second time m I wore them, they developed holes, just from regular walking around. Do not purchase clothes here if you want something to last a normal amount of time.

Huge shoutout to Taylor this weekend. We needed some specific help with a shower / tub handle set. She was very understanding, knowledgeable, and helped us out with a solution. Best service I’ve had in a Menards.

Spent a lot of money on sand and pavers for a backyard project. Then added $100 delivery fee on so that we wouldn't have to haul ourselves and could have them end up as close to the project site as possible. Well, Menards sent AN EMAIL saying they would be delivering the supplies in 5 minutes! No phone call to ask where to put the supplies or say they were on the way and no door bell ring once they arrived(i was working from home at the time). They just proceeded to dump 2 stacked pallets full of our heavy supplies right in front of our garage door and left. When we alerted the store to this and that we did not receive a call, the response was less than impressive stating 'my driver always calls when on his way' and apologized for any inconvenience. So much for the customer is always right. Zero attempt to make their wrong a right, and a very unprofessional to essentially call their paying customer a liar. Im just thankful my car wasn't trapped inside my garage by this expensive mishap. Zero stars.

You know I never expected to be able to find so much stuff in here. I always thought this was more of like a hardware and building supply store. But honestly, this place has everything. I did my grocery shopping here for both me and my pets. They have not only building supplies but food and bathroom goods as well. They also have a little area for pharmacy goods. I was pleasantly pleased by how much stuff that I could find here for a decent price. The store is huge, though, so I would recommend asking for help. It can be a little tricky to find what you're looking for.

Really disappointed with the delivery "policy". I placed an order for almost $4500 on August 21st and paid for delivery on all items. At the time that I placed the order, everything showed as "in stock". When the driver showed up with the order, nothing was stated to our receiving that there were items that had been backordered. I call today (9-22-25) to find out where these items are and am told that they are pulled and ready for pickup (once again, not notified about this). I asked for them to deliver this to our office and was told that it is their policy that I would have to pay for a 2nd delivery fee. This seems like a very ridiculous policy! I will pick this up and be sure that our future orders are placed with another vendor. How ridiculous!
