My wife and I have all our bikes serviced here. We've also had several bike fits by Isaac, as well as 2 bike builds. He really improved our comfort and power on our bikes. Recently worked with Isaac to build a new cyclocross bike. His knowledge and attention to detail is top notch! He listened, helped me to make informed decisions and built a bike that met all of my needs. Cost estimate was honest and reasonable. I provided the frame, fork and pedals; he provided everything else. The bike fits perfectly and shreds the course like a dream; the bike is better at it than I am 😉

Best bike shop experience I've had in Madison! They are super knowledgable and friendly. I am relatively new to more serious cycling, training for my first 70.3. Isaac took the time to answer so many of my questions and making me feel welcome to the cycling community (something I've struggled to find in other cycling stores). I did a fit with Isaac and have never felt better on my bike. He was super thorough and made sure the fit met my needs.

On the way from Virginia to Montana, we stopped at Neff Cycle first thing in the morning to see if they could fix the gears on my wife’s bike.
