Office Depot

This is easily one of my favorite neighborhood stores. They help me with many of my problems even those that can’t be helped with just office supplies. I have purchased an executive office chair that my cat mostly loves(haven’t been named CEO yet), many tubs, art supplies, 3M line, backpacks and a rolling backpack which I used for a single year to save my back. Everyone is super-friendly and accommodating. A cashier even inquired when I was in the time for last, "What’d you do with all those tubs?" That’s the kind of care I love—the curious kind. Sometimes they let me sit in the office furniture area and pretend I have a job. It’s not loitering because I at least buy a Gatorade on the way out. Office. Depot. Is. The. Greatest. Store. Ever.

Very disgusted to have spent close to half an hour on the phone for absolutely no reason with Office Depot. I saw an item on sale online. Saw that the shipping would be four times the cost of the item. Called the east Washington store to see about ordering it for pick up in store. The person on the phone told me they were not in stock in the store, but I could call one 800 go depot and place the order that way for in-store delivery. I called that number, and after a long wait, got a representative who demanded all of my information before looking up the item that I wanted. Of course, not available for store delivery with that number either! I was very frustrated by this point and asked for all of the information that I had submitted to be Deleted. The representative informed me that I had to call yet Another number to get my information deleted. So after another long, wait a representative removed my information. What an absolute waste of time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Claim that you can cancel your subscription online. But there is no way to do so, at least, not on mobile after 15 minutes of careful searching, even after following a link to the page that supposedly allows you to cancel.

I am so happy with how my business cards and profile turned out. Amazing! Cassie Porter (Supervisor) did an amazing job with my work. She showed me the different options of paper and finish for my work, and even made my profile better than what I made myself. With her outstanding customer service skills I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family. Thanks again Cassie !!

I emailed a single page document to their email for self-serve printing multiple times from two emails. It did not work. I spoke to the woman at the "help" desk and she said she couldn’t help me and if she could there would be an additional fee of $2.50. I certainly left and went to a competitor and got it done for $0.19! Customer service at this location is consistently poor! Avoid at all costs!

Office Depot is Office Depot but Heather from printing services at this location is amazing. She is so helpful and kind. It is amazing how she multi tasks and stays cool and collected while dealing with multiple customers and processing requests for printing, shipping, etc. That being said, Office Depot, get your staff some support. Everytime I have worked with Heather there has been a line. She does so much and should get some extra hands when it is busy. I got some art printed for my house and it all turned out nice. I also shipped a package which was convenient but you are probably best going to a stand alone courier if that's all you need to do.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon because we needed a new printer for our small business. We usually get HP because that is what we knew. We were pleased that Scott was there to answer questions and help us find a more dependable printer. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Great customer service!
