Orascoptic

This is my second pair of loupes, but my first time using Orascoptic. I worked with Sarah and she was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, super helpful and made the whole process easy. She helped me settle on the ergo dragonfly and I can’t wait to use them in my practice. They feel so light and easy on the nose and I love not having to deal with cords for my headlight. I was also very impressed with how quickly they were able to build the loupes in comparison to my previous experience with another company. Highly recommended orascoptic and if you are in Sarah’s territory she is the best!

I’ve been buying Orascoptic loupes starting in dental school. Since then (in the last 23 years) I’ve dealt specifically with Sean Nolan. It’s always good to catch up when I buy a new pair and trade stories about our families and work life. I moved on from and EV1 Konica Minolta variable magnification to the Dragonfly loupes with Konica Minolta variable magnification. I loved the first pair. The second pair is everything I loved about the first pair AND they feel much lighter. If I do have to purchase another pair near the end of my career (I don’t have a prescription in the lenses, it’s coming) I am happy and confident to have Sean oversee the process.

Cameron was very proffesional yet friendly and easy to talk with. He listened to what my needs were and seemed to understand exactly what I was saying quickly showing me excellent options that far exceeded my expectations. The hardest part about this meeting was deciding what color frames I wanted. He explained everything in easy verbiage. He was very upfront with everything. I felt like he was an honest representative of a company who is a leader in their product for a reason. Loupes are a big investment for hygienist and walking away from a large purchase feeling like I wasn't taken advantage of is a wonderful feeling. Richard Rider was very good at explaining each set of loupes, the pros and cons of each and answering all questions. He was also good at comparing with other competitors and how they have worked to take into account all factors to make their product their best.

My second interaction with the team having ordered a fantastic set of 3.5x HDL loupes for my plastic surgery practice. Unfortunately these were stolen and the care and service I received from Richard Rider in hunting down my order from 5 years previous and putting together an order to get me back to surgery was second to none.
