This business is no joke you buy something you get what you want , surprised no parts missing everything came In the shipping box. Jeremy is very helpful in getting you the product you want he goes out of his way , very helpful person. Just need have some basic assembly skills for your machine but it’s nothing to crazy can be done . Expect it un assemble and in a huge box , but won’t disappoint when you put it all together machine is awesome .I d say in about few hours had it all together . And delivery less than a week , My kids love it . . Now looking at buying a second machine from q9
Delivery was quick & they were out if the color i requested, they were quick to contact me for an alternative. When we received the bike, there was a couple missing parts. I didn't have time to contact them because I needed the parts quickly, I went through Amazon. This is our second time purchasing through them & we are very pleased.
Putting my brand new 50cc Tao vip moped together was quick and pretty easy. Make sure to charge the battery before starting it though. Love driving it around and it goes around 40 mph so that’s a plus too.
This was an exceptionally unprofessional experience with Q9. I brought a scooter in for repairs in April. The shop diagnosed the issue as a faulty charger and sold us a replacement. We had a newborn that month and didn't have a chance to test it until August. When we realized it didn't work, we brought the scooter back ASAP (though outside of their warranty period). Despite the circumstances they held to their 30 day warranty period, re-diagnosed the issue as a bad charger and sold us a second replacement charger (keeping the previous one). The second replacement charger was also bad. This time, we knew to thoroughly check their work and returned well within the 30 day warranty period. Jeremy came out and offered to provide a third charger but made explicit that they would offer no warranties that the charger would work. After he's sold me two broken chargers it should be pretty obvious why I would be uncomfortable with this arrangement and I made clear that if he couldn't warranty that he was selling me working parts that it would be better he just refund us for the broken parts he'd previously sold (and kept). He refused to refund us for the initial charger (which, again, he kept). It's worth discussing that first charger for a moment because despite my request that he return it, he refused to do so, explaining that it was broken junk. This theory is particularly jarring because he then refused to issue a refund unless I returned the second charger. So which is it Jeremy, is it junk or not? In any case, I'd be pretty careful with these guys. They clearly don't stand by their work and are looking for opportunities to take advantage of people. EDIT: Jeremy, buddy, what are you talking about here? I said you should reimburse me for both services and I stand by that fact. Frankly you should be embarrassed I had to drive out to your shop three times to buy two broken chargers. If you stood by your work and product reimbursing me is exactly what you would have done. I paid you for service which you ultimately didn't provide. In any case, in an effort to be reasonable I was willing to accept reimbursement for only the second charger. We were literally at the counter processing the refund together when you insisted I give you the broken charger back. When I refused you made the unilateral decision to renege on the refund. That was your choice, you're a 40+ year old man. Take some responsibility. If you had reimbursed me for both chargers I would have gladly returned the second to you. If you want to charge me for one then you're obligated to provide it. This isn't complicated.
We love this company! We had a Mudhawk delivered to our home in north central Arkansas but the box it was in was absolutely destroyed and the back fender was scratched all to pieces. We refused the delivery and called the company directly. Jeremy was FANTASTIC to work with! He messaged me from his personal number and made us a priority. That is a rarity these days. Within a couple of hours, my husband, who just so happened to be in TX at the time, 35 minutes from their distribution center, was able to go to the distribution center directly and pickup a replacement. There was zero hassle and everyone we spoke to was phenomenal. Our son is so excited about his four wheeler and being able to help daddy more on our property. You can’t go wrong with Q9!! (The photos below are from the original delivery Jeremy asked me for, but I failed to get a photo of the replacement, which was in pristine condition. You have to assemble the machine so the tires are not inflated on delivery so that wasn’t part of the issue).
Q9 has always done fast, efficient work on my mobility scooter and they communicate very well. Reasonable pricing as well! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
Atv arrived as pictured, one crack in the taillight plastic, but the customer service was extremely fast and easy and replaced it no questions asked thus retaining the 5 star rating. Quad runs great started right up. Sounds great, smooth. Shifts well. All around great little machine
