They ripped us off so bad that it makes me sick to my stomach! We drove out from California to Alabama. and hit a big bump on the freeway. The cabinets in the kitchen fell off the wall (Rockwood 5th Wheel). The cabinets, dinette, microwave, and the washer and dryer were destroyed. We left it with Tennessee Valley RV outside of Huntsville AL at the end of October and it was ready to be picked up just last week (February 2025). My husband made the drive to pick it up. When he got there it was dark and snowing. He had to pay an additional $3k to pick it up. This was above the $14k that the insurance company paid and covered all of the repairs per TVRV) My husband asked why the additional money was needed and they told him that was the final balance. The insurance company has reached out numerous times and they have yet to return the call to them. Right now we are on the hook for it because the insurance company cannot get an updated invoice. My husband asked for an itemized receipt when he paid and was told their system was currently down and they would email it to him( to date this has not been reviewed, and no response from phone calls or emails) My husband asked to go through the trailer to make sure all repairs we paid for were done. The man told him due to the snow they were leaving and didn’t have time to go through and left. My husband hooked it up and made his way to my daughter in Mobile. When he got in the trailer, the next morning, he found the microwave was not replaced and doesn’t work, the trim around the microwave is the original all bent up from the accident, the cabinets have no trim, the doors replace have no locking hinges, the shelves that were to be built in the cabinets were the washer and dryer was was empty with no shelves. The wall where the washer and dryer came off of was not repaired. On the outside of the trailer, the cover to one of the storage compartments was also not repaired. Mind you, all of these thing were sent to the insurance company on the invoice as being replaced and fixed. That was the $14k agreed upon work. Not to mention some unknown reason we had to come up with the additional $3k we had to pay for an unknown reason. I should mention we have a $500 deductible. I am trying to upload pictures for all to see here. But have been unsuccessful. If you want to see this nightmare, message me and I will send them to you. No one should have to go through this! The insurance company is filling a complaint so the will not be an acceptable repair shop for them. We have spoke to attorneys in both CA and AL and will be proceeding forward to recoup our money from the fraudulent charges. I hope people read this and never have to go through what we have! I wish we could have worked this out with them, but since they will not return our phone calls and emails we have no other option. I will add that every time we called them or they called us, they were so nice! I think that is why this makes this all the more heartbreaking. We are simple people who don’t have a lot of money. The extra $3k we had to pay to get the trailer has been a huge burden on us.

I thought I had an issue with my new Forest River travel trailer, but after speaking with staff at this place, they explained some things to me as a new RVer I didn't know. They saved me time and money by taking the time to explain things to me. I will definitely give them my business in the future. Thanks for being honest and helping me with a non-issue that I thought was a problem.

We called and spoke to Zak about our microwave/convection oven. He was the only person in the area that was willing to go through our warranty and come to us. If we are in the area and need more work done w will definitely call Zak first.

Tennessee Valley RV had our unit for over a month. Mind you, we only have put about 2500 miles on it and the interior was in perfect condition. Having spent over $5000 with them over the past year - batteries, getting the roof resealed (because they said it needed it), winterizing, dewinterizing, washing, replacing the awning lights, and putting a new lock on the outdoor kitchen, we expected better. Upon picking up our RV, it was returned to us with our things thrown about and dirty. They didn't replace the board under the sink and whatever they put on the bench seat permanently put small holes in it. The driver's seat was torn to shreds like someone with a toolbelt sat in it and scratched it up. There were other small tears as well. We immediately called Zach and sent him the pictures. He said he would get back to us with some answers - possibly replacing or reupholstering. He said he was sorry and that he had fired three techs that week. We waited for his phone call for a week. Nothing. My husband then called and was told they were just talking about it and what could be done and would call us back. Again, nothing. My husband waited a week and called them back only to be told that the tearing was due to normal wear and tear. I'm sorry, we keep our RV spotless. It was immaculate when we brought it in. To look at it now breaks my heart. We will never do business with these unscrupulous people again. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else for repairs. In response to this company's response, we took our RV to Bankston where the techs looked at our seats. They told us this was definitely not normal wear and tear. Not to mention the seats were fine before leaving our RV with Tennessee Valley.

They gave me the generator disassembled, they couldn't fix it and they still charged me $700, and they wanted another $150 to put it back together and put it back?

My mom and I had an excellent experience with Tennessee Valley RV. They were able to fit her RV in for next-day service to accommodate the short time she was in town. They were thorough, professional, and very pleasant to work with. They provided top notch customer service, taking extra time to answer all our questions.
