Trek Bicycle Madison East

I have bought a helmet, radar sendor, gloves bibs, mirror, and tire lube. When I had problems with installation of a mirror, they fixed it. They readily accepted a return on a light because I upgraded to radar light. They gave free advice.I also enjoy the Ride app and Trek radar app. I also like the free coffee.The staff is eilling to look up Trek website app to find aproduct.Great store and friendly knowledgable staff.

I just purchased an electric bike FX 2 and love it so far. It started with my excellent experience at the store with Emil, who helped me understand more about e bikes and guided me patiently through the process of picking appropriate accessories, learning about the apps, and the maintaining services that Trek covers. Went on for a 15 mi ride and I felt happy to be able to ride again. The electric assist allowed me to tackle more challenging climbs that I would have avoided in the past, and enabled me to keep up with other more advanced cyclists.

The Madison East Trek store is amazing and it all starts with their staff. They’ve gone the extra mile to help me several time and this week was no exception . I had to have a part for my speed concept in order to compete in ann Ironman triathlon this weekend and Kate literally drove the extra mile to make it happen. Even though FedEx had already stopped accepting overnight packages, Kate called and found a distant location that took them later into the evening. She went out of her way to get it shipped and by doing so it allowed me to have the part delivered and installed in time to still reach my race destination on time. I’m already a loyal customer but this clinched it for me. Thanks once again. I will definitely be back for all my cycling needs. THANK YOU!!!

Salespeople were very patient and helpful in going through all the options available for the equipment we were looking for. Delivery was early, and again, the installer went through everything until they were satisfied we were comfortable with the purchase.

Went the extra mile. Showed several Panniers and helped make best choice for fit. Then attached the Panniers to existing rack. Talked about the non-Trek bike I brought in and offered good suggestions. Adjusted tire pressure for an easier ride (Fat Tires). 5/15/2024 Got one of those lights that's visible for 2K. Make it easier for the cars to hit you.

The sales person was the best. She made sure to get me in the bike that was best for me. The FX3 is a wonderful bike. I personally could not feel any difference in performance between the FX3 and FX5. The 5 is lighter, but rode very similarly for me.
