I came here with a very damaged phone and a very anxious attitude and Houston saved the FREAKING DAY. I walked into what could have been a spa, I mean, we are talking immaculate vibes. The soundtrack playing was mellow, Houston was mellow, the other guy getting helped was mellow, it was perfection. Due to internet/data outages all over the place, the system was going super slow once it started working again, but Houston was so professional, patient, and apologetic the whole time. He gave me all the information I needed to know, and explained everything in a way I understood. I knew I was in the right place because he was a total nerd in the best way! I never felt like I was being swindled into spending a bunch of money, I had complete control the whole time and complete trust that whatever they did it was the best option. Genuinely, it seemed like they all enjoyed their job and took it seriously! They "dehydrated" my phone overnight and the next day I came back to a working phone. I am forever in their debt and I couldn’t thank them/recommend them enough. S/O to Houston for being the bomb dot com! Whoever is his boss should give him a high five, a raise, and a freaking dj booth in the corner of that joint!

I brought in a non-tech item (musical Christmas item) to be looked at. Sentimental value. Old screw was stuck / stripped and I didn’t have much hope it could be fixed. They looked at it, and within 20 seconds it was fixed. Planned on paying for the service but they told me no charge. Big thanks to Noah and Tony for their help and professionalism.

⭐ Honest Review About a couple of years ago — probably around a year after this shop first opened — I brought in my iPhone 6S. I believe it had some water damage or just wouldn’t power on. They kept it for about two days to diagnose the issue. When I came back, they told me they couldn’t fix it, which I thought was strange because the phone was still showing some signs of life — the screen looked like it had a little moisture inside. Mind you, I’m a woman of color. The two men who helped me were younger, college-looking white men, and honestly, I couldn’t help but feel that if I were a white woman, they might have treated me differently or at least tried harder to fix my phone. About a month later, I realized I never went back to pick up the phone. When I finally called to check on it, they told me they had recycled it — with no explanation. They just threw it away. That really hurt and made me feel like they didn’t value me as a customer. I couldn’t shake the feeling that it may have been racially motivated. I’m not sure how they treat customers today, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a person of color. If you do go, bring someone who knows about tech or go with a male companion. I learned my lesson — they should have never thrown away my phone without giving me a chance to pick it up. But yes, I was hesitant to leave this review for years. Still, I want the public to know the truth about my experience. I don’t think those same staff members still work there, but it’s possible they do. This happened about a year after the store first opened.

Took my cellphone in for what turned out to be a minor issue...for them, not me. The fix took only minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Service was great. I hope I don't need to come back for other issues with my phone or computer, but now I know where to go.

I honestly could not be more disappointed with how this place treated us. We took my husband’s phone in on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm and the Tech promised the phone would be done tomorrow. Fast forward to tomorrow, I get off work at 3, and called twice to confirm the phone was still good for me to pick up as it was over an hour drive. No one answered the phone, so I assumed the best and trusted the Tech. When I arrived, the Tech stated that he hadn’t even started on my husband’s phone and that it would be done the next day. I understand that sometimes things get chaotic, but at least have the decency to answer the phone or inform someone that their phone will not be finished at the time he or she was originally told. Very frustrating and will now have to drive over an hour home and then do the same thing tomorrow. 🙁

Amazing service as usual! I was able to bring a device in, briefly describe the problem and less than 15 minutes later I was out the door with a functioning phone. Reasonable prices, personable staff and a wealth of knowledge. Definitely recommend.
