I've always had a very good experience at Weat Town Monona Tire. It's easy to set up an appointment and they usually have availability within the week. The advisor keeps me up to date on the progress of the service being done via phone call and text. The advisor is very attentive and helpful. My car is usually done by the same day or the day after. I would recommend them.

Ian was great! He went over the inspection findings and took time thoroughly explaining my options. They were able to get my car fixed in a few hours before the weekend. They also have a nice lobby with wifi, drinks, and snacks where you can work or hang out while your car is being fixed. Would definitely recommend.

I just had my work van in for some service work that popped up a couple of days before I was supposed to leave for an out of town project. They were able to fit me in on very short notice and got my van up and running quickly. I take all of my vehicles here for all service needs and have never been disappointed.
