Walmart Supercenter

I'm so grateful to have such a kind and considerate pharmacist in our neighborhood. I was supposed to pick up my medication from the pharmacy today, but I arrived after 7 PM. Even though the pharmacy was already closed, the pharmacist kindly opened the door and let me pick up my prescription. I was so touched and truly thankful for their kindness

Mary is so sweet and a great help at customer service. The managers walk by you and dont speak or ask you for help. I arrived on November 11 in the morning. I walked by a couple of managers but they keep talking. Luckily I found the item but they need to do better!!!

This store is continually growing and adding new products that other stores don't carry. Their prices are generally lower than the competitive stores nearby and I buy most of my shopping list here. Their checkout people are great and many recognize me from my frequent trips.

We got to Walmart about 30 minutes before it was closing. We ran through the store and grabbed 300+ dollars worth of of Halloween stuff. Got to the register at 11: oh1 to be told sorry we’re closed. I emphasized the fact that I had $300 worth of stuff in this cart and did they really wanna have to put all this away? They responded we don’t know what they’ll do with it but we’re closed so you can’t check out. Meanwhile, not one time did they mention on the intercom how much time you had to check out or that you would not be able to if not at checkout by a certain time. I have never experienced that at a Walmart. I am absolutely shocked that they would turn down a cart full of items at a self check out. I guess I’ll be at target tomorrow.

No stars for this place. I was to have my meds and some food delivered to my home. The delivery driver dropped my items at the wrong address. I called and complained to the Pharmacy. I was told they would not reissue my meds. I called and complained to Walmart Corporate. They said nothing could be done. This is a bunch of bull sugar Texas sweet tea. Walmart is responsible for my meds being lost and refused to take responsibility. I need to find another place to get my meds and groceries.

Clean, stocked and brightly lit. I stopped in here to see if this Walmart allowed overnight parking but it seems that they do not. So other than using the restroom and checking out the store, I did not make a purchase. Their bottom line won't be impacted by me going elsewhere but I don't want to support them for that when there are other Walmarts that do.

Dora the explorer is so rude. Mrs Barbara or Shirley. Whatever her name is. I can’t believe this lady is working in customer service as rude as she is. Her customer services skills are zero starts ! She makes a very bad impression of the company and needs to be an over night stocker or something so that customers don’t have to deal with her and feel disrespected on top of unappreciated! Terrible reflection of the store as a customer service rep! Her attitude is that way all of the time. I’m glad that she didn’t make me lose my cool! Very unprofessional.
