I highly recommend this team! Had a huge problem with a what we thought were hornets(because they felt like a hornet) and they came out immediately. If there were a 10 star review I would do 10 stars all day long! They saved my life I feel! Highly recommend giving them a call if you have any issues!

Guys showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful of my home. Did a thorough inspection job. I’m totally satisfied with PestPro.

Found an active termite nest and extensive damage in a wall less than 2 weeks after a home inspection. When reaching out to figure out a solution was told "figured you’d find something". Was offered spot treatment.

Every pest company I know of uses a general rule of quarterly outdoor spraying with once a year inside and they will come back inside if there’s bugs with no charge. I had a roach in my shower. They refused to send someone without charging me my quarterly rate even though it was almost a month early. Was also not told when the last time someone had been inside my house, from what I remember. I was charged in May and should not have been charged again until August. She was rude to me after because I did not find that fair. She told me, verbatim, it wasn’t her fault that I didn’t get sprayed in April. These businesses are supposed to count your specific quarterly time of start. Not the quarterly year of January and so on. It is their job to keep records on the due dates and I seriously doubt everyone they have started their service in January. On top of that, I still had a roach in my house!!! The small ones which should have been prevented with their product if it works properly and is the right solution percentage. Strongly advise against this company. I was very disappointed with both customer and pest control services provided. I cancelled service immediately. Had been there 2-3 years maybe before this. Makes me wonder how many people they charge early??

Always appreciate the relationship with Pest Pro and their employees. So friendly and respectful of property, great with advice on any issues I might have. Wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else
