We arrived at 8:45 pm and the store closes at 9 pm to get a pick up order. Ms. Tonya was so helpful in showing us an additional item needed at closing time. Very friendly and professional.

This store is really good especially when comparing to other best buy stores. The layout is a bit different, but has a wider selection than other stores. Your TVs are in the back, computer related items to the right, phones / security / headphones are all in the middle area, appliances to the left. While it does have a wider selection, it was lacking in specific items like motherboards and gpus, at least I didn't see any. The back Friday door buster deals are actually good deals. Found a $2200 TV for $900, and that's the best price I have seen for the TV when comparing.

The Best Buy locations where I live are tragic, which is why I was blown away by my visit to this phenomal Mobile store! It was staffed properly, the associates were above and beyond friendly and helpful, and it had a lot of foot traffic! It reminded me of Best Buy's glory days in the late 90s/early 2000s! I wish I remembered the name of the young man who helped me, because I would love to shout him out for his excellent customer service! I wish the locations in my area were even half as great as this one!

Been to this Best Buy plenty of times before but not sure what is going on at check out. Spoke to a gentleman about buying a deep freezer and basically got told order it online because it is a "war zone" in the back so order it online or come back later. Kind of makes the customer feel like they don’t want to take the time to look for a product they have in stock. The point of going into a store that has something in stock is to leave with it the same day. Save your time and order things online from another Best Buy or elsewhere.

Don't waste your time bringing your iphone's here they are so slow appts or not you will still be waiting for a long period of time they don't greet you nor acknowleged you. It's been going on for two weeks now that I dropped off my daughter's phone still have not received it through apple care. Called numerous times nothing still no update was told it will be 2-3 days I gave them an extra day to call me then Friday comes I was told it was in the store that I can go pick it up get there they tell me its at fedex in theodore finally Wednesday I go back up there they tell me it got to fedex last Friday demaged I can't with these ppl running out of patience they tell me they will contact managment and call me back in 30 mins nope no calls at this point I'm about to file a lawsuit I give yall till Friday! Never ever will I go through them again! Poor customer service! Let this be your phone and see how you feel very unprofessional!

Quite helpful with my electronic questions. The wait was about 20 minutes and this was with an appointment. Otherwise, they are helpful, polite, courteous and no question is stupid!

Went in looking for a new tv that had to be a very particular size for my application. The sales team worked together and found the perfect tv for my space. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
