Coast Guard Exchange

There is no commissary here, but it is like a combination Class 6 and Department Store. One side of the building has snacks, pet food, alcohol, cigarettes, a few coolers with dairy and snack foods. There was a good size Beer Cave in the rear. Middle of the store is clothes, watches, purses, gifts, coffee cups. Middle rear of store had electronics, like game controllers, consoles, speakers, TV. Husband did not see any video games, maybe they keep them locked up, so ask a staff member. Also had MWR in the rear of store to purchase tickets. There was a Home Store and Uniform Center attached to the building but we did not browse that area. Staff were nice. There was a barbershop directly next door and a gas station a little further down the road. Husband says he would come back again because gas is twenty cents cheaper a gallon. It is not terribly busy here.

Need to share with employees a law was passed. All Veterans with a disability rating can shop here ! I was rudely told to leave.

Stopped in to get some USCG Auxiliary uniforms. As a Navy vet, I didn't really know what I was doing but the staff helped me out. They didn't have everything I needed, but it looked like they had everything a USCG member would need. Even an admirals cover!

If you are using "Your" loyalty points to purchase an item and you need to return that item, you loose your points, in my case that was $20. Every other exchange allows the price the item is selling at to be returned at the selling price, not the price paid if using a reward ($65-$20 in points, Return can only be for the $45).....also the staff (e.g. management) doesn't even know their own policy for price matching, the Exchange policy, will price match both Amazon and places like Costco and Sam's Club on the same (in stock) merchandise.

Helpful staff, great rewards program! Gas prices are typically lower than the community. The Exchange carries a wide assortment of tasty beverages and sprits. Overall, great value!

A small, but good exchange. They have clothing, jewelry, alcohol, and a small electronics section. Very friendly service! They have uniform tailoring available, though it isn't on site. They pick up your uniforms on either Tuesday or Thursday and have them ready fairly quickly

Purchased tickets to Universal and it was easy and we got a lot of information. Check out was quick. Adele at the. TANNER WILLIAMS MOBILE AL location was great
