Very friendly and relatable employees. Asked for help picking out gear as I am just beginning riding and needed some recommendations. They showed me good products that people and themselves enjoy, not just trying to upsale the most expensive stuff. I will be a returning customer!

Have been looking for a jacket with mesh and a liner (because it's Alabama and it's HOT and tends to rain a LOT!). These folks had exactly what I needed, and it was ON SALE! With the RPM membership I got a WHALE of a deal 🙂 The CG Reps were helpful, but not pushy. No high-pressure sales, just help to find what I needed. Thanks for helping find the perfect Sedici jacket!

Matthew was extremely helpful during my recent visit. As a new rider, I was in trying to find gear and as a woman, there are limited options so I went to try a few things on. He suggested a few pairs of riding pants and I was able to leave with a great pair that fit perfectly. The Alpine Star hoodie was a great choice for my daily riding jacket. Loved the selection and appreciated Matthew’s help.

Matthew redeemed the whole store for us!!! He was great to work with. He made sure we knew our options and made shopping in store a breeze. Fantastic customer service. We'll definitely be going back as long as he is there. And just to make sure he knew we appreciated him we went ahead and bought gear 1k worth only due to his knowledge and manners. This is after my husband and I had a terrible experience with another rep and left a 1 star review. Because a employee who made me extremely uncomfortable to the point of me immediately leaving after talking to my husband. Thank you Matthew!

In desperate need of tires I called around to several places and was met with bad news especially from Hall’s Motorsport Hall’s told me they were 7 weeks out before they could take any work, seriously 7 weeks before you could mount and balance two tires, what a joke? Now when I called cycle gear I was met with enthusiasm and great news, he told me they he had the tires I needed and that he could mount and balance them the same day. Truly a life saver considering I daily the bike to work everyday as it’s my only way!
