Mullinax Ford of Mobile | Service Center

I had my 2013 Ford Taraus battery replaced in July 2024. In November 2025 I got my oil changed at Firestone and their checkup showed a dead cell in the battery. So I took my car to Mulinax who replaced it free with of charge because it was under a 3 year warranty. They were kind enough to use their shuttle to take me home so I did not have hours for my car. The free shuttle was mentioned to me when I told the representative, Jalon, that was getting an Uber. He volunteered the information about the shuttle. So nice that there are still customer reps who look out for the customer - a rare thing to fine these days. The battery seems to be working perfect! Everyone I met on the customer service team was AMAZING! I cannot express enough how remarkable the team at Mulinax was!!! I had, in the past, tried Ford AutoNation in Mobile, but service at AutoNation (Robert was my terrible service person at AutoNation) was nothing close to the wonderful service I received from Mulinax. I will continue to use Ford Mulinax as my Ford go-to service shop in the future. I need a new car soon and one for my grandson as well. I’ll definitely check out the selection at Mulinax before going anywhere else. Thanks to the great team at Mulinax for making my battery issue an easy situation to navigate. You are ALL so great!!! The boss needs to give you guys a raise.
