I went in on 9 2025 the male rep was not friendly and was intimidating Gut feeling was walk out,but I gave benift of the doubt. Big mistake all my info on my old phone A54 was eraced before I had a chance to review it and all my husband's data was input on my old A54. I did not realize it until I got home. So when my husband and I thought my old A 54 was his new A16. I ordered a screen guard and screen saver for what we thought was the A16 which of course did not fit. So we got what we thought was my husband's old phone out of the bag and they fit. That let us know he had been using my old A54 which had all his data on it, also letting us know all my data was gone. So we tried to use the new A16 and there was no service on it so back the store went. Marien helped us out of the mess unfortunately she was unable to retrieve the data off my old A54. I had a chance to retrieve some of it that day 9 25 2025 but not all of it. It has been a nightmare and a totally inconvenience for my husband and I. I wish I would have walked out that day when the indimidating male rep showed his attitude. He really screwed us over. Thank you Treasue and Marien.

Marine was great. She helped me a lot, she move very fast, she’s very patient and does everything to assure her customers. You will walk out very satisfied!

Sales rep was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the process of ordering new phones. Although I did not purchase at that time, she was glad to help and explain the steps.
