i am a long time customer and i am extremely disappointed. the shop is nice and spacious but the service is poor. I went to the store 3 times to buy and use the hostpot. However, when brought to the area, it is very weak. when I brought it in and asked for help, I was very upset that the staff didn't help me much and then I left with a device that I couldn't use. and I talked to the staff there for a long time and then nothing was resolved. . unfortunately I will probably not use this carrier anymore, I will use Tmobile in this area. though weaker than cheaper I think I won't be as disappointed as here.

They were fantastic. They were efficient and friendly. Ask for Tristan. I was thinking of switching carriers and Tristans customer service sealed the deal to stay!

My Elerdly roommate was having wireless internet problems this morning and asked me for help, I called the 800 # and had the pleasure of speaking with Olivia in Mobile Alabama call center and let me tell you that she demonstrated the proper and professional way of customer service, all she needed was my roommates pin # and she rebooted the device,mad sure everything was working and was so kind and had a great personality...Thanks Olivia. I would also like to inform Verizon that all of there agents should act accordingly. My roommate called prior to my help and was transferred like 4 times and told that she needed the account #.

Didn’t have a good experience. Long wait time for starters then after finally getting the phone I desired the sales rep set it down and told me she would be right back to active it. Never returned after having me wait for about 15 minutes she asked someone else to come assist me and he was very reluctant and rude.

We came in to switch from AT&T and Jamie assisted us with getting new phones and our account setup. She was absolutely amazing to work with. To be honest every employee we met was awesome. The whole process was painless. I highly recommend this location.
