I was out of town for work and had some battery issues, so I bought a replacement battery from them knowing they did free installation. Turns out my battery terminal was almost corroded beyond repair, but Robert the manager went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. He could have easily told me it was beyond their scope of a "free battery install", but instead spent at least 30 minutes working on it to make sure I could get back home. Customer service at this level is hard to find these days, and I appreciate it very much- especially being in a tight spot.

Excellent store right off Maxwell AFB with a professional and helpful staff. Battery died, limped over after a friendly jump start, and the staff tested my battery, confirmed my concerns by walking me through the results, and helped me replace the battery after purchase (removal, cleanup, installation, and validating). Highly recommend.

The guys and lady on duty were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery for a seldom used K5 Blazer 4WD with hunting season coming up. After some discussion I got one from a line of discontinued batteries waiting to be sent back to the warehouse for over $100 less than the top of the line unit they started out looking at. We were all satisfied with that deal! I had a less expensive battery and they sold one not expected to be sold.

As an UPS access point it is completely unreliable. I left my parcel to be shipped and it sat there for two weeks, nobody even cared to check why is this box there. Retrieved the parcel and shipped from UPS store, parcel arrived at destination within 3 days. Do not recommend

I would not suggest this store because the females that work here are very unprofessional and try to say that you brought them the wrong part when you know where you got it from then just say well I've been here 14 years and sell you the wrong part

Poor customer service waiting in line they take other customers just walking in in front of people already in line ..... I never will come back here again stuff like this is why I moved my company account to oreillys in Wetumpka the one guy name greg here seems to care but older black women doesn't care then she laughed after I told Greg about it as a walked out

There was so many workers in here and couldn't get any help on an item that was showing in stock on line just at this advance.I waisted my time and gas riding across town. They were having a good time chatting to each other , but they egnored me.
