Darius did an outstanding job with sorting out our new phone purchases! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and moved through the process quickly.
It's a corporate store in Montgomery but deserves 0 star bcoz of the store manager Darrius. He is very rude and not treating customers politely. He made customers wait to take his personal phone call and his smoke break. Customers are not welcomed here. I went there to unlock my phone because the customer service told me to do due to an software issue, due to his lack of knowledge he was not ready to help and try to send me out. This guy has to be demoted and sent to east chase TMobile to learn customer service.
This isn't about the branch, I am sending a complaint regarding T- Mobile. So, I called them about my phone being compromised and other devices found on my phone. The customer service representative started questioning me about the IRS and then asking me about social security number, when did the need to talk to technical support become a IRS interrogation and Social Security questions. Just sayin.
If you walk on and your rep is "CHUCK" you should ask for someone else or go to another store!!! Keep reading if you want to know why. He mumbles even when I told him I had water in my ear and couldn't hear him. He doesn't make eye contact. He leaned on the counter and to be honest looked like he might be stoned - or at least bored. Getting info was like pulling teeth. He apparently expected me to know already. I thought S25, maybe S24. He tttled off FE etc. I asked how did FE compare with say S25 regular. He said they have different battery, camera quality... Duh. So I asked what FE had for storage he said 128 I asked what regular s25 had he said 128. Then I asked something else which I can't remember trying to get some sort of help without having to ask about details I don't even understand. He was checking out his phone and then turned around looked up and said would you repeat that. I said I will come back when somebody else is here goodbye thank you Chuck. I will just go to another store or someone other than T-Mobile. Based on Chuck, they sell you a phone you already have decided on. I was told by phone support they would help me setup and get all data - Google etc. Thank goodness i didnt let Chuck get that far.
Came to this store with my mom to help her find a phone, and upon entering, no one greeted us with a warm "Welcome to T-Mobile" like they did the racially ambiguous man that came in after us. Instead, they stared at us as though we had 6 heads. Once we noticed this I immediately told my mom "let's go." She's been with T-Mobile since 2000. While this experience can be looked at as minor in nature for some, it's pretty tacky to have this type of customer service, especially from an all black staff (at least it was all black at the time of our visit). Thereafter, we went to the T-Mobile store in Eastchase. Upon entering, we were immediately properly greeted, and waited on. We left with the iPhone 16+.
I had to get a new phone last night due to a hardware issue and Shakhinah Baskin made the process and experience smooth and easy. I didn’t want to get a new phone but she talked me through the options and it was best to just "bite the bullet" and upgrade. I had a great experience and I’ll look forward to doing any T-Mobile business with her again.
Pulled up to this TMobile to get helped with an issue. The store is said to close at 5:30p.m. However when I parked my car at 4:58p.m. there was an employee inside walking around with the doors already locked. If this is the service I can expect at this location, I will take my business elsewhere.
