Affordable Family Storage

I just went today 5.23.25 and I can't express the anger I had when I saw the lock cut on my unit. Luckily nothing was stolen but then I find water damage on the floor and on my stuff. Worse I had stored a crib mattress to use when baby was 3+ months and it had mold and water damage and other baby things!! Horrible place, I don't know when this happen and I didn't receive a call or had my stuff moved to dry out. NOTHING from them. Do not go here! Take your stuff out if your stored there. How did this go unnoticed. Last I was there was 3 months ago storing my baby's stuff before he was born. I tried calling only to find out no manager was available till next week. Only a ticket was filed and hopefully get a call back from manager for a better explanation as to what happen. Again, DO NOT GO HERE

I reserved online. That went smoothly. Unfortunately I wasn't able to reach the facility or get information . So i had to move my reservation out two days. Still could not reach any. I tried 4 times and even drove there. i finally paid online. I went to the facility and found my unit. its nice and clean. It didn't have a lock for me but I oaid for one.and the ceiling towel is falling down. I called 3 tomes and finally reached someone at the sister unit. He finally agreed to put in a work order for the ceiling towel. So i really wont be able to move in until that is done. . I was told to go find a unit with a green tie and just take the lock from there. I did that on Sunday. This has been the 2nd worst experience Ive had with a storage company. I want to be compensated for my time abs the fact that i couldn't move in. I am. Ot sure when the work order will be complete.

Very pleased with the new management. Thank you for fixing the exterior doors. Very pleased with the new management and improvements. The cleaning crew was there today and just another improvement. The bathrooms and all aisles were very clean. They did a great job cleaning. Again I'm thankful this is no longer under the previous company. This has been a much needed improvement. Thank you

I rented a storage unit and paid for four months up front. They offered me my first month Free of charge. Which would now give you five months in the storage unit. Now they have gone back and charged me for the Free month that they gave me. Ripe Off and false advertisement.

Hazel was very helpful and its appreciated!! Had issues with setting up an account, called the 800# and got Hazel. She took over to assure set up and waited to be sure access was granted. The place is huge! Serveral staff in attendance to assure its cleanliness. Not from the area so Im glad I picked this location. Thank you for your attentiveness and patience with your customers. ⭐

Nice and spacious, inside storage with long hallways, grab a cart by the front door to help with moving your items. Online move in process was very simple.

A week ago I hit a huge pothole on there property which caused a lot of damage to my new car a 2024! I spoke to a lady who was very nice and filling in . She stated upper management was in Vegas and would contact me at the beginning of this week and received no call yet. I’m disappointed in this companies ethics.we have pictures and the property line and a written statement from someone who saw it happen . Now let me explain the lady came and took pictures herself . So now we have consil involved since they couldn’t be decent enough to even make a call.. I would NOT suggest this place to anyone as we were told the morning of all the front windows were busted out.
