Over priced. And terrible service. Wish I could put negative stars. I have never worked with a company that tries so much to gloat about their amazing service. While being terrible at that service! My roommates car was in an accident that was very minor. We had it towed. And we were charged for every little thing. Without. Being. Notified. We had no idea where her car was located until the price was already up to above $600. We had to call the police non emergency number just to get the location of the car. The notification we never received was $125!! That’s insane. And even charging us the days before they sent out said ‘notification’! When called to ask about the charges we heard the same thing. Over and over. While constantly being cut off and ridiculed over the phone. "We’ve been in service for over 70 years!" "Our business model is this __!" Then was bold enough to say we were lying. Calling them liars. And threatening to take us to court. Saying how " We’ve never lost before!" That’s not something to gloat about. If you’re a good business you shouldn’t be in court every other week. You’re here to do business. Not talk over your customers and be rude. On top of that. We even offered to just sell them the car. But we were told it was worthless. Didnt run. And it was something they could never sell. And we should just have it towed to a mechanic. For their so ‘little’ price of $95 on top of the $685. Which was a lie. We drove the car out of their lot. It was fine. So with all due whole hearted respect. I hope you loose your business. You don’t. Deserve to own it. I hope I never see anyone from this sorry excuse of a company. Again.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. My roommate's car was towed after a minor collision. Their prices are unaffordable ($175 for towing, $125 for notification, $40/day storage and $25 fee because an officer was involved), and I have never felt more dehumanized than when I was talking to the owner. He was rude, condescending, and constantly talked over me. I would not recommend using this company for towing services unless you're okay with being talked down to and overcharged.

It's never a good thing when you need a toe truck to haul your vehicle somewhere, however my recent experience with Northwest was exceptional with transporter Luis. Super nice guy. Really showed he cared about our situation. Very professional and was great at what he does. Couldn't ask for a better driver. LUIS, thanks for making this difficult time a better experience. Truly!

This place has to be 1 of the biggest scam companies that I have ever came across! My GF accidently ran her car over a parking curb in a parking lot as she thought it was an exit! A couple people tried to help her back the car up but the tires were spinning and not getting traction! Anyway I called NW Towing! Thinking that it would be a piece of cake for them to help get her unstuck! The Lady told me that it would cost $65 just to have them come out without doing anything but if they had to use the truck that it would be at least $125 on top of the $65! I said, what's the $65 for? She said that's just to drive over to the scene but if we wanted them to actually help us that the prices started at $125! Hell Doctors don't charge that much just to see them! And they actually do something! My cousin got in a wreck and the Muncie police called Northwest Towing, who came and got his car taking it to their lot. He didn't have the money to get it out, so they are charging him $50 a day, making it even more expensive each day! I've used other tow companies over the years and NOBODY takes advantage of their customers MORE than Northwest! I'm still in Awe that they charge $65 just to have them drive a few miles with their Truck without doing any work whatsoever! Then they couldn't even give me a set price to get my car out! She said it starts at $125 for them to actually do something, but it could be more! She couldn't give me a price until they were finished! It's absolutely ridiculous to pay them $65 just to show up! Hell at least Plumbers and HVAC experts include labor in their initial fee! In other words U actually get a service performed when u call them out! U better be praying that U don't need Northwest Towing for any reason unless u have 3 jobs and you win the lottery!

Yesterday, I accidentally locked my keys in my car and requested service through my insurance. My service request wasn’t scheduled until 45 minutes later, but I was perfectly fine with waiting. Not even 5 minutes after that, I got a call from Larry with Northwest Towing. He was just wonderful! He was professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly! Most of all, I appreciated his patience and kindness towards me (I was a little bit nervous since I had never had to request a service before). I would recommend this company to anyone in the Muncie area.

I broke down on us 35 had a tow truck coming from Richmond they towed my car before my tow got there was told it will be $455 plus $45 a day how can any one pay that plus my tow truck that came to Muncie was willing to to give title to them anyway it only takes $100 off bill now I could be sued for thousands guess I will have to obtain a lawyer don’t know what else to do

I had been serviced by Northwest Towing a few times over the last 5 years through AAA and they have always taken longer than the 60-70 minutes notified waiting time. Some drivers have been courteous, and even helpful, while others just did their job, period. The dispatchers have never been kind or friendly, always just impersonal. This time a person called "Chris" from their office, was plainly RUDE with a total bully attitude. He completely disregarded that someone had been waiting for them to arrive for over an hour AFTER they said would be there to provide the service and wouldn’t take time either to seek clarification on the situation the scheduled pick up was under with AAA. He plainly negated the service after yelling at me on the phone with an absolute pedantic attitude.
