FlatRate Moving

We just finished our move through Flatrate, and it’s experiences like this that restore your faith in how things can be done. I’m here writing a review for that very reason. From the rep who helped us set up the move — Bernard, who was incredibly helpful — to getting the COIs for both buildings, to the crew themselves, everything was seamless. Lucian and his team were not only considerate with our things and easy to work with, but genuinely kind people. They moved our entire apartment from Brooklyn to the Upper West Side in less than half a day. The truth is, we had such a great experience that we actually called to make sure the team was recognized for their hard work and personal care. The flatrate moving team guided me through a tricky move where I had to move a lot of paintings, drawings and many heavy boxes. They made it super easy and painless. George helped to plan to the last detail and on move day Steven and his team made a difficult job look easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone who needs moving services.

Truly an incredible experience having FlatRate Moving on the job for our move! It was our first time using a moving service and truly will never not use FlatRate again! From the very beginning, the customer service and communication was terrific and on the day of the move, the crew was on time, extremely professional and so very detail oriented! Was impressed every step of the way!

Moving can be a headache. The guys show up late, you get charged hidden fees, they try and tell you that you have too much stuff, they get delayed getting to the destination, they break things etc...NONE of this happened with FlatRate. The price I was quoted is what I paid. The guys showed up on time (and called ahead to let me know when they'd be there). They were super accommodating, had great attitudes, and took care of our stuff. Ming was amazing at communicating with me ahead of my move as well. It was so easy. Very reasonably priced, and overall a great experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to move in NYC.

Outstanding experience! I got an estimate for our out of state move, but we were delayed for months. When we were finally ready, we had only days to get moved out and flat rate pulled everything together in 72 hours. Amazing. Great team lead by Abacar packed/unpacked/assembled all furniture, clothes, kitchen and garage. Team was very communicative during the process, making sure everything went where we wanted it. I cannot recommend them enough. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

We recently used Flat Rate Movers for our move a few hours away, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The price was fair, and even with the challenge of moving out of a walk-up, the crew handled everything with ease. They were fast, friendly, and highly professional, taking great care with all of our belongings. What stood out most was how kind and attentive the movers were. They made the entire process feel smooth and stress free, which is no small feat during a move. I would absolutely recommend Flat Rate Movers to anyone and will continue using them for every future move. They truly did a stellar job!

From getting a quote till Movers finished their delivery to my new place, Everything went smoothly and efficiently. My move coordinator, Ming Wang answered every question I had. I called her a number of times when something on my end happened (pre-move), she always cheerful and was able to deal with it. When moving me out, then moving me in, they were quick, helpful and friendly. The guys were amazing! I would give 10 stars, FlatRate Moving deserve every one!
