Lauren was an amazing resource here. I had to contact Manhattan Mini Storage late in the evening as my banking information could not be saved online to complete my reservation. Lauren was very understanding, patient & particularly helpful in assisting me - could not have been more pleasant & efficient. A great experience and would highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer at Manhattan Mini Storage on Varick & Vadam for 10 years. The location is close to my apartment. The facility is clean, safe and has an amazing staff. They have gone above and beyond to assist me. I love that I don't need to worry about having parcels taken from my lobby....I have them sent to Manhattan Mini Storage. I know my purchases are safe and its easy to pick tjem up on my way home. Kudos to Joe, Jay, Izzy, Emmanuel, Emanuel & Magnus who make my storage needs & my life easier.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I did not know what I needed. They did, and explained everything in clear terms: what to get, how to access, etc. Joey is the bomb diggity, Izzy the bomb.com. Emmanuel worthy of an angel’s name. Thanks for everything. Great work. 10/10

Jay was extremely helpful and honestly the nicest storage unit employee I’ve ever encountered. He took the time to show us the unit, how the latch works, and made sure that we were about to use our new code. Overall great experience.

Great facility, super helpful staff- thank you Joe! got set up and moved in in no time - storage space was exactly what I needed - also easy access and great location. Highly recommend.

I hardly leave reviews but I wanted to because I was super impressed with how responsive, helpful and quick this process was. I was connected with Ryan who helped get me set up, lock in a great rate and answered all of my questions. This was my first experience using a storage unit and I will 100% be a loyal customer based on the service I’ve received. Totally recommend!
