Donnie was great. He replaced my wiper blades for me. The 2 front were easy, the rear had some crazy adapter from a previous replacement. It was a pain but Donnie prevailed. Thanks again.
Picked up oil and a filter, right now they have a deal where you can get 5qt of oil and filter for around $40 (depending on oil you get). The customer service was good no issues would recommend going again especially if you do your own oil changes or just need to grab some stuff.
specifically on 24NOV24 @ 2020, the clerk helped me so much after I had such a rough day with my brake pads and company that claimed they fixed my issue. He suggested a product and it did wonders. I will verify in the morning if problem is still gone. I recommend Advance Auto Parts.
Very rude and unhelpful customer service on the phone . The guy that anwered Said he Refused to issue a refund even though I have receipt and unopened product . He asked why was I calling this store when I bought it at another store. And I mentioned the other store power went out he said nothing he could do that I had to call corperate number. There refund policy is not what they claim it is. I went to a store fown the road and they charged me again then gave me refund on the second amount they charged
Nice and friendly staff, always greet you when you come in. Had to come by here today to get my battery diagnosed and then replaced cause it was at the end of its life cycle, and it died overnight and several times through this winter as well. They even installed a new one for me on the spot, free of charge. Very satisfied with their service
Needed help finding a Lexus shield hex screw for my Lexus LS 400 today(09MAR23) from 11:15am-12:15pm and Jessica was just the right person for the job! With her help I was able to finally fix the issue I've had with my underneath car hood issue that I've had for over a year now. Walked away real happy and satisfied! Jessica truly cares about her customers! She's great!
