Just last Saturday I visited this place for a new battery. I was frustrated because my son was not making my situation any better. He was making side comments that were very rude. The sales associate stepped in and assisted me without question. He even lightened the moment by saying, "its ok, my little brother acts like that too." Honestly, him saying that made my day. After we tested my car and figured out it was the battery he was very patient with me and helped me find the most affordable and convenient option. He even helped me replace the battery and kept my son entertained the entire time. He showed him the tools and talked him through the process. This was by far the best customer service I've received in a long time. I believe the young man's name was Keith or Kenneth! He's an amazing asset to the team!

Rico was awesome! He helped us find the correct wipers and battery for my car, and swapped them out for us quickly! He even let us know my car was low on coolant which every mechanic neglected to mention to me. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

I had a very bad experience with one of the young lady’s at this store. She was nasty and rude to me while I was trying to return an item. When I asked about my refund that was showing on the screen she kept saying sir sign the pad if you want your money and ignored my question. I wanted to make sure I was getting the correct amount back, but she would not answer me. She then proceeded to say I know how to do my job. I talked to the manager about her and he just giggled and did nothing. I buy a lot of stuff from this location, but now will find another store to avoid conflict with her.

Customer Satisfaction seems to be their #1 PRIORITY. I had to visit the store after having a new battery installed a week earlier. The terminal connection needed adjusting. Thank you to Zeke and Manager Don for teaming up to correct the problem and made sure ALL was well with the battery before closing the hood on my car. I truly appreciate the Respect and Professional Interaction.

I went to store 6411 in need of a diagnostic reading just before closing and Jennifer P. Was AMAZING! She got everything done and taken care of in a matter of minutes! Awesome job!
