I have no clue why I gave this location 2 stars, if the item isn't available then they're no help. I did get a greeting when I walked in today but I needed a phone case. Not in store, cool, but can yall advise me somehow. Walmart? Another Boost location?? ANYTHING??? Nah, just back to doing nothing. Yet, they fired Craig on his day off smh

Sarah fixed my phone I had no internet and tried everything with customer service people on the phone. Just wanted to say thank you again

The black employee that had short locs dreads from yesterday 1 hr before it closed he was very uneducated on phones. He was just on his phone taking to his gf. He didn’t help me he was just waiting to go home. Very unprofessional. I’m so happy I just ordered my phone online. I could do a better job him. His customer service skills was bad. Hire someone more knowledgeable

I came to boost this evening to get a new phone DJ was absolutely outstanding and helped me in every single possible way... Was very patient super helpful as well as thoughtful and I would recommend anyone who's trying to get a new phone or switch over to boost to come here and ask for dj thank you again for making this a plesent experience!!!!

Google says they're hours are till 8pm. Showed up to two locations before 7pm and no one was there. So I ended up at Walmart.. if you close earlier now, you should update Google. They definitely lost a sale

Danielle has an attitude. She claims to be the manager. She refuses to give out her name when asked for but her name is printed on the receipt. Also, she likes to hang up on people and not do her job right. She sells people faulty devices and act like she can’t do anything after the fact. Danielle, also lies. Danielle, also doesn’t know simple terms and agreements about the company when discussing it with a customer. Her name is Danielle, did I forget to mention that?

Miata was amazing she has helped me to learn how my phone since I got it. She always very helpful and always is happy to do it. There are very few people in customer service that are this helpful.
