CPR Cell Phone Repair Norfolk

My iPhone 14 randomly entered the black screen of death, and I was set that I was going to have to just buy a new phone. However, got recommended this place by my sister and I am so glad I came in. Everyone that works here is friendly and clearly have a level of technical expertise, and Jesse could tell me exactly what was wrong with the phone before even working on it. Told me it would be ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes, and literally only took him just under 30 minutes to fix. Decent price and amazing service!!! Grateful.

I had a broken screen and did not know what to do. I was sent to CPR, and the experience was fantastic. I was greeted right away by RSW, and he took phenomenal care of my phone. I didn't think it could be fixed because it was a mess when I handed it over to him. Less than an hour later, he had it looking better than brand new. If you need a phone repair, this is the place to go!!

Was super easy to get my screen replaced. After filling out the info for insurance and then made my appointment same day and was able to drop my phone off right away. The guy that helped was super nice and was able to get the screen replaced in about 45 min. Definitely would recommend if you need phone repairs

I had a horrible experience. The guy tried to tell me my wireless charging was not working when I asked him to try another one he was rude and said my phone was not repairable. I went in to only get my screen fixed. I put it on my wireless charging when I got home and it worked.

I didn't have a great experience here but not necessarily their fault. Sometimes screens break, and then when you buy a refurbished one thinking you are smart and frugal, it breaks too after 1 week because you didn't have a case for it yet. Ended up just getting a new phone from Verizon. Happy now!

Ricardo is the man. My iphone 11 went into boot cycling out of nowhere, and would only display the restore screen but would not allow a software update to complete. I wanted to try to save the photos on the phone before having to restore it, so took it to a couple repair shops. They, without really looking at it, basically told me it was either a software or motherboard issue, both of which meant the data was toast. Then gave me a brochure for a mail-in data recovery service that would end up costing $900-$3500. I tried CPR based on a rec from a Verizon store employee, and right off the bat Ricardo said it was probably the screen or Face ID causing the issue. He replaced the screen and that did the trick. I’m so grateful that (for only ~$100) I was able to get the photos I had on my phone of my dad, who passed away last year. From now on I’ll pay attention to whether icloud is actually syncing properly and not just assume everything is good. Thank you to Ricardo for saving me from myself!!

Poor customer service. I advised the tech I was quoted a lower price by a competitor's location. He replied, "Good Luck," and then he turned on his heels and walked to the back room without another word.
