Sales associate KIM. did a great job assisting my wife with her new IPhone 17. Answered all of our questions and very polite. I wasn't planning to upgrade my Samsung, but I did and he provided a smooth transition for me and wife.

I want to say what a great service I received today while visiting your store today. The associate that helped me was Dominic and Claudia. While Claudia was training with Dominic they both did an excellent job today. They went above and beyond to help me. Many thanks and appreciation.

Dominic & Eric were awesome!!!..It was my first time at this particular location. I was there to receive my equipment for my Internet. Dominic programmed everything for me at the store!!!..Outstanding customer service & I will continue to frequent that store when necessary. Love you guys..❤️

On 9/26/25 approximately 7 PM. We went in to change some information on our account. My wife asked Dominic to please unlock the bathroom due to our son has a medical disability and under the "Restroom Access Act" he has to unlock the bathroom. Dominic proceeds to tell my wife NO and that’s not true and walks away. My wife has to yell at him to listen. Finally after 15 minutes of my wife yelling that what he is doing is illegal, Dominic finally opens the bathroom for our son. Sadly due to Dominic refusing to let our son use the restroom initially our son soiled himself while being ignored. Dominic was unprofessional and cruel. Our son was crying and kept "asking why the mean man wouldn’t let him use the restroom.

Helped within minutes. Eric assisted me with everything that I needed upon purchasing my new phone. Gave me his personal insight and professional opinion. Loaded up all the files from my old phone to new phone, suggested me a case, and installed my screen protector for me. The entire staff was helpful as well and really friendly as well.

Clean new store at Wards Corner. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years now. No pushy sales people just pleasent staff and great service. Upgraded another phone today and bought two bluetooth speakers that even the sales staff were surprised to them on sale for 50% off. They even helped when they noticed my signal was low at the house and gave me a home signal booster for free!
