7-Eleven

Came to this location 8/5/25 at about 5:40pm to fuel up. Got to the door and there was a paper sack sign taped to the door saying " be right back" with a trash bag tying the door closed. When I pulled up the Police just left. The people that were already standing outside said they had been waiting close to 30 minutes. I waited for about 30 minutes, so I’m unsure how long the store was left like this. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I hope the employee is ok, but there is nothing professional about this. There’s a reason I don’t frequent 7-11. The Walmart of convenience stores. Pitiful!

Came to this store around 12 night clerk gal was very professional a guy was being rude to her and she handled it so great i think her name was Marcel she said but One of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a convenience store. I hate that she had to deal with that, but I love how she handled it.

Been a decent store considering the area until the last couple weeks. Got a new young man working that thinks ,when someone doesn't want to use rewards ... Because the computer resets multiple times ... That he is entitled to put his rewards number in to collect the benefits. States that they are being audited , the manager said for him to put his in ... Mind you again ... We didn't want to use ours and wait the time for it to cycle multiple times..

The big black girl working is very rude, I let an elderly later go ahead of me and she to busy talking to the customer who bought a scratcher and laughing instead of helping the elderly lady. The lady then turned around to say sorry to me for taking so long and the worker said "what’s wrong with you why u turning around there a problem" that is some ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service 1st off not her business why she turning around then being rude on top of it to this elderly lady.

The overnight guy David is extremely well mannered, went in around 12am this morning and again at 9am today, both times he had a smile on his face and was extremely nice, pay the man or I’ll poach him away, fantastic customer service!

It's May 30th ..Whoever the nite chick is was rude. I work nites for Amazon I usually stop here before i go home . Tonite I stopped by and she said we are closed when I walked in. Your open 24 hours how can u be closed. She has done this several times. Sometimes she leaves note on glass doors. So I never know when 711 is open

I'd give this store a ZERO. From the parking lot, store entrance, absolutely dirty and disgusting, and the customer service was about the same! Do better 7-ELEVEN
