Purchase at least 25 plus batteries here over 15 plus years. Had a heavy duty battery fail early, took it in and got a new one warranted. It went bad in 6 months. started to think is was my truck. My mech. Looked at my truck and ended up replacing my ignition sensor. It locked me out of gear. So while working on it he put in a temp battery, he had for me to try it so i drove with it for about 4 to 6 months. So knowing it wasn't my truck. I took the battery in and they said it had already been warranteed. And they wouldnt honor my battery. Case closed. So I am done. I was even ready to have them mark this battery and go 5 more months to prove it is not the truck. But I could even get that far, it was a classic case closed. I won't be back and my 3 company vehicals and 4 personal vehicles, boat, winch trailers and fork lift will not carry thier brand anymore. Makes me sad, I run a family business my self and understand how tuff it is. BUT NO DISCUSSION no hearing me out left me upset and feeling disappointed at where we are in are dealing with each other.
Came into today to grab a battery for my 2021 4Runner. Nice little battery store with all your battery needs tucked away! Thank you Bryan for your help! Amazing! Will definitely be back and I would recommend coming here for your battery needs. Prices are also fantastic!
Brought the battery inside and in less than 5 minutes I walked out with a new battery. They know their stuff and they're quick
