Great experience! Chris did a great job of taking care of the old Chevy. It has a lot of sentimental value to my wife and Chris was very polite, professional and careful. I let him know there was a blown out flat and he was able to baby the car on and off without any damage to the rim! 5 stars. A+. Will use again!

We had a great experience with Alpha Towing! I called and they were there within 15 mins. I really appreciated the quick pickup time! Chidozie was a huge help and super friendly!

I needed a tow at 2:30 in the morning. My son and I called every 24 towing service on Google and no one picked up. Those that went to voice-mail said the mailbox was full and couldn't leave a voice mail. My guess is so the companies don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to tow a vehicle. I called Alpha at 7:30 in the morning and he was able to retrieve our vehicle. The price was fair for the distance and the trouble to get to since it was on the turnpike and not easy to get to. The operator was friendly.

Chidozie helped me out. He did a great job collecting initial information and being punctual. When he got to me and my car he was very professional and courteous. Hopefully I won't need a tow any time soon, but if I do, I'll call you guys again.
