I have no idea if the employers here are up to the love of conversation or are working to sell products, aka, cellphones. Me and my partner waited for 45 minutes standing at that table and not even one employee came to acknowledge us or even ask for what do we wanted. I had to go and reach different associates, multiple times, including the manager and here are the most common answers…. I am not on the floor right now, along with I am not free but I will tell my manager that send someone. You could see in the picture below, how the table of the cellphone was empty and uncovered. You guys certainly need to step up the customer service. This was by far we the worse customer service that I have received.

Worst Apple Store Experience Ever — Lost My Photos and Time for Nothing I went into the Apple Store yesterday because my iPhone wasn’t charging past 30%. The issue turned out to be my charger headpiece, which was basically shot and not working properly. Simple enough, right? But somehow this turned into a nightmare. The first employee ran a diagnostic and said my phone needed to update to iOS 26.01 to fix some glitches and bugs. He had me back up my phone, which required me to buy 200GB of extra iCloud storage just to do it. I did the full backup right there in the store. Then someone else took over to finish the process. This new guy told me I had to factory reset my phone before doing the software update — even though I specifically told him that the last time I did a backup (in August, when I replaced my phone), months of photos got erased. I was very hesitant, but he insisted that was the only way to fix my phone. So, against my better judgment, I did it. After resetting, he started the restore process while I was still there. About 30 minutes later, he told me I could leave, even though the phone hadn’t fully restored yet. He said it would finish restoring over cellular data and go faster once I got home and connected to Wi-Fi. Well, I got home — and guess what? All my photos and messages from the last month are gone. Completely gone. I called Apple Support, and even the woman on the phone questioned why they had me do a full factory reset just for a software update. None of this should have been necessary. So now I’m out the extra money for iCloud storage, I’ve lost my recent photos and messages, and I’m beyond frustrated. What’s the point of doing a backup if your stuff doesn’t actually back up?! This whole experience has made me seriously consider switching to Samsung. IF YOU END UP HERE, DO NOT LET THEM FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE!!!!

Worst customer service ever had at apple store. Went to buy phone all the person helping us said was it was going to take so long to move data over to other phone. So we ended up not getting. Worse experience I have ever had at any apple store.

I made an 3:20 pm appointment days in advance to get my battery replaced. I drove 3 hours to said appointment. I got to my appointment early. I was told that because it was so busy, they will not take the time to do my 1 hour battery replacement. If Saturday’s are so busy, why waste my time by allowing me to make the appointment? If you are looking to get your device worked on, make an appointment as early as possible. They said 11 am was the only time they would have done it.

Tyler with a beard and backwards hat, you need your job taken. Straight up jerk with an ego for no reason. Horrible service, and rolling your eyes like you’re too good to help someone in need? Disgusting. Appreciate the guy that did help me though but I didn’t catch his name. Amazing service from him. But if you see Tyler with a beard who is a team lead, STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment, checked in then waited for 30 minutes before I got up to leave. The man who checked me in said I wasn’t checked in and when I told him he checked me in, then it was the "system" that kicked me out. I think Apple has better software/user system than that. Absolutely the worse customer service.
