Flying J Travel Center

First let me say this flying J is huge! Lots and lots of truck parking. A large laundry room, lounge area with 4 tvs with reheat station stocked with utensils and a sink, 2 bathrooms 1 small near the showers that had a changing table. The large bathroom on the other side does not have a changing table, but the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The shower for disabled has a sink with stool to sit. Not sure if all the showers are this way but the one we used was. Showers did not have build up or hair everywhere. They had the hot food, fully stocked. Sandwiches and fresh fruit, all kinds of cigarettes and chew, socks and hats, truck gear and truck accessories, fax/copy machine, scratcher machine, even had a fed drop off box. We didnt eat at this location but the hot food looked good and fresh. They have trinkets and gift items as well as toys for kids. The parking lot was clean and they had lots of pumps for trucks I believe about 10 pumps. I would stop here again if I am driving through here again. And definitely recommend this location.

I've finally found the perfect shower spot! The staff were incredibly friendly, the environment was spotless, and the water pressure was easily adjustable. The strong water pressure and hot water helped relieve driving fatigue. The parking was also spacious. I highly recommend it to all drivers.

I received the promo email about the limited time only "Fall Flavor" coffee selection. Three new options: BourbonPecan, PumpkinSpice, and CampoSurBrazilian... I went with the Brazilian roast, via the "bean-to-cup" machine (i did not see the other two options at the OKC location)... Definitely makes a nice bold brew over ice, with some half & half mixed in... i prefer this J over the Pilot location across the street. Store is well stocked, and cashier was friendly. Fuel island can be congested at certain times, but overall pleasant experience.

The ladies and gentlemen's are amazing! They are what keeps a few of us here. Management and corporate are completely out of touch with reality. Although there is plenty of selection some would rather starve than pay the exorbitant prices that Flying J's commands. It's obvious they are opportunistic given that they are right off the interstate, but ultimately they take advantage of as much profit as possible just know this. This is my personal experience and I will back up every word that I said. . Oh yeah the showers are $17.

Stopped at the Pilot Truck Stop and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on the road. Byron deserves major recognition — he was cleaning the showers and doing an outstanding job. The showers were spotless, fresh, and ready to go — you could tell he takes real pride in his work. On top of that, his customer service was top-notch. Friendly, respectful, and made me feel truly welcome. Traci was also super helpful at the register, keeping things moving with a smile, and Mike was making sure the rest of the store was clean and stocked. You don’t always get this level of care and professionalism at a truck stop, but this team crushed it. Big thanks to Byron, Traci, and Mike — keep up the amazing work! You’ve definitely earned 5 stars from me.

I think it is important for me to do this review real quick as there is something that I would like to point out. I just did a review at the TA across the street where the clerk flat out lied to me saying that he would not let me get fuel because they do not allow manual entry which I informed the clerk that this was not true. So I left and came here to this location and they didn't have any issues with assisting me with this matter. Customer service is one of, if not, the most important asset you can bring to any organization. And even though I didn't get a chance to check out the rest of the facility, I try to make it a point to show my appreciation when someone does a good job. I may not always catch everything or even show the appreciation right away but I don't forget. Kudos Flying J for good customer service.

This is a horrible Flying J! I had to cut short my fueling (diesel side) and get out of here as fast as I could. They actually have the GALL to play advertisements at you WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO FUEL! I couldn't concentrate on the fueling so I cut the fueling short and got out of there. I will NOT listen to advertisements, ever, let alone when I am trying to concentrate on fueling! I already hated Pilot/Flying J before because they don't listen to drivers, and I have loathed them for this reason for literally decades, but I couldn't possibly hate Pilot/Flying J more than I do RIGHT NOW! Especially this one! Now, I am going to paste this review into several other trucker truckstop review sites before I go. And I'll do more of them later. You've EARNED this Pilot!
