Grainger Industrial Supply

It's been a long time since I've seen such incompetent employees in a warehouse. They don't know how to work with a forklift, and they don't know how to assess the situation. What could be done in 15 minutes took them 2.5 hours, disrupting the entire work schedule for the day.

Placed an online order for strut. Extremely easy pick-up process. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Edgar was quick to jump on the counter and help me get what I needed ordered. He continued to show great patience and customer service, as I had to place several orders during my visit as soon as he got back to the counter with the items from my previous order. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Ordered materials for a job, and they came in wrong.. how could it be?? I know mistakes happen from time to time. What impressed me most was how it was handled. A simple call to the 800 # got things rolling. I took the products back in and EDGAR spent an hour trying to sort out what happened, what parts i actually needed, and how to make it right. A slight concern arose and Edgar pulled in JORDAN, his manager. The 2 were able to pull everything together. It's the unwavering dedication to their customers and the relentless effort to make everything right, that lead me to stop and write this review. I will be a Grainger customer for life

I was perfect for industrial sales but Grainger discriminated against me because of my age
