Tynan assisted my employer with some purchases recently. He is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. When we have used their mechanics for repairs in the past, they have arrived and assessed the problem quickly. The parts were ordered and the return trip to install has usually been the next day if not the same day. We appreciate Medley Equipment and all of their employees!

We worked with Brad and Medley on a fast track racking project for a new warehouse and he helped us determine the optimal layout/storage, work through issues with the racking supplier and expedite the install with the contractor so the building was setup and ready for use by our aggressive deadline. Very professional and collaborative during the entire project.
Not sure of this place… however, driver this morning around 705/710 am needs to slow down. They nearly rear ended me in the company truck. Happened .3 miles from the actual equipment Company.
Tynan was 100% up front and honest with me he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the forklift we were having issues with he got a tech out to me in no time and got me fixed up I will never use another service provider. great job 10/10
