Had what I needed for our install as the equipment was stolen last minute, but when I came in nobody said hello and I stood there for 5 minutes as people peeked to see if I had left yet. After that I went out and called and asked if they were open, and the guy over the phone was very rude about it. The sale was very disinterested and disconnected and did not feel like a valued customer and felt like the sale was a nuisance for them.

Ordered a part online. The website said I could pick it up that day. Got an email saying my order was being processed not to go in until I received confirmation that my order was ready. Called the next day gave the guy my order number he said I don't see it you must not have ordered it here. I had the email stating my order was placed at this location. I went to the store to show them my email and older gentleman helped me at first I showed him the email he said yeah that was placed here. Pointed to some old white guy saying he would have to help me. I tried to show him the email he refused to look at it. Said these are the three orders I have and that's that. I asked how I get my money back he said go online. Called the customer service number after waiting 30 minutes finally talked to someone and the told me the store cancelled my order the day I placed it. No call nothing. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my refund another 5 business days with my car down. The old white guy needs to learn some customer service and this place needs to learn communication.

Tried to pick up and battery (ALREADY PAID FOR) and was met with an absolute TROLL of man. Literally didn’t want to help me find my online order and wouldn’t even ask for help. Once I started speaking to the other lady, he comes over points in my face saying "She Wants To Make a complaint." Second Lady was pleasant but wouldn’t go back because of Emmit.

I was informed by the store manager that I needed a receipt to exchange a warrantied part. Since I didn't have the receipt I was told that I needed to return the part to the NAPA store it was originally purchased from. Essentially, if I'm in another state and I have to exchange a NAPA warrantied part, I would have to wait until I returned to the state where the item was purchased. This makes zero sense to me since I was told that my phone number could be used to lookup warranty items. Begrudgingly, the manager called the store where I purchased the part from and verified the purchase and warranty. Shouldn't this be the first course of action instead of attempting to send a customer away? She did exchange the part, and had the audacity to give me a warning about keeping receipts. My reply was if that's the case NAPA needs to have training with there employees to relay that information to the customers. Then maybe the customers would take their business/money to their competitors that actually honor the company's warranty. I even said Thank you and the manager said nothing.

Do not recommend this store very horrible service! Mr. Isac decides to get on the phone with another store and talk about the customer that’s standing infront of him!! And goes on to tell me the part is in Kansas but yet the store on the SW side has it!! Poor service!! And manager is sitting right there as isac is giving this poor service!!
