We are renting with them for a second time now. I specifically came back here because of such exceptional customer service the first time. I have been there for a small amount of time and I’m so happy to be met with that same service again. If you need a storage unit GO HERE. I am never worried about my items and I am treated with such respect and kindness. This place could cost a ton and I would still come here. I can’t say enough good about it.

Very polite and professional staff. So kind and helpful. First time i had to get a storage and she was very thorough helping me get the unit i need, lock etc. In a tough time it is a relief to have someone make things easier for you!

This is a great place to use if anyone needs a storage unit. The manager on site brought me a bottle of water and checked on me periodically as it was a very hot day! She was very friendly and the property is clean and well managed. I absolutely recommend this for everyone! Great job

I've never had an issue with cars in my way, haven't had anything a stolen or ruined from weather. Wish the unit was bigger for the price but other than that they have treated me well and texted me a reminder if I was late to prevent possible penalities.

I have been with them for over 4 years now and I have always had a very positive experience there. The staff is very professional and very easy to get along with. I would recommend them to any one!!

Horrible customer service at the #4 facility.will not work to help you if you get behind,only incur late fees.×a 3 per MONTH! PLUS will put 100 dollar lein on your personal belongings if 30 days late.so a 30 dollar monthly bill if 30 days late turns into a 200 dollar bill not counting another 30 dollars for the new month.horrible management.they sell $5 BOXES for crying out loud

This is a very good place to store your items of any kind. The storages are a great price and you get more room. Ive not worried about my items at anytime. Its easy access to your storage unit, plenty of room in the drive thru area. If you ever need any help which i have a few times cause i forgot how to work the box, theres a very helpful and friendly woman named Laquita that will surely help you. Overall, you couldnt find a better place or price to store your items. Thank you, Kim
