My Dodge Promaster with a Road Trek interior had the roof A/C unit damaged and some of the interior cabinets needing readjustment and repair. I brought the vehicle in along with the insurance estimate, and I was initially met by Miguel Chavez who introduced me to the owner, Tony Gonzalez. They both spent considerable time going over the damage and told me how long they expected it to take to do the repairs. During the course of the repairs they kept me informed as to the progress. I stopped in a couple of times to see how it was going and both Tony and Miquel went our of their way to answer all my concerns. I would highly recommend El Toro RV Service, not only for the quality of their work but for the superb customer service they provided. Their office staff and others were always very helpful and supportive.

Stay away! I brought my rv in with a slide issue. They told me I needed to change out all my hydraulic lines due to a leak that was causing my slide to creep out. After hearing it was going to cost 7000.00 I was very reluctant to do the repair. I told them my hydraulic lines were fine because there was never any hydraulic leaking from anywhere. They assured me this would fix the problem so I went ahead and made the repair. Changing out these hydraulic lines did not fix the problem. I told them the amount they charged me was not acceptable and I was so angry because I just completely wasted $7000. They only agreed to reimburse me 1000. I know they completely scammed me with this repair. As long as this company has been in business they should know how to fix a slide that keeps pulling out. As of today, my problem is still not fixed. I recently hired them to fix a few more issues and once again was charged 200 hourly rate. They over charge by taking their time for the repairs and charge you as if you are being billed as a law office does. All of these repairs should've been done in half the time, but they keep billing to get the price up as high as possible. The other major issue is that they take no pride in their work and it does not reflect a $200 hourly maintenance repair. I'm attaching photos showing a recent repair with my electric step and how they left the wires just hanging in flapping in the elements. You can also see the dirty carpet. They recently kept my RV for three weeks in during that time stained my carpet by walking back-and-forth when they changed out the toilet. I was charged over $800 to change a toilet in the meantime stained my carpet. All they did was put pieces of paper on the carpet Which moved around and allowed their dirty shoes to trample on the carpet and leave stains. If you deal with Mike, you will see how he spins in lies about how they do things and the cost. He comes across more like a used car salesman. When I complained about my dirty carpet, he actually told me they have to charge extra to cover the floor properly . This is Just a lie and another spin on his explanation of things. What company is going to charge you extra to keep your floor clean while they're working inside of your RV? What a joke! This place will gouge you and charge you for repairs that they are only guessing how to fix. These people are far from honest and I would stay away. Hopefully we can all come together and help put this company out of business. We need to stop places like this from taking advantage of honest people.

El Toro RV can't say enough about the place they go far more than beyond to get any work that you ask. Just had my 2004 winnebsgo serviced, fix the slide and other things on my RV. Very happy and satisfied with the work they did. There's no other place El Toro RV is your RV repair shop. Can't say enough about the staff Tony and others. Awesome job. Keep it up. Gilbert. My small van RV was damaged in a windstorm and I chose El Toro RV Service to repair all the damage. I am so pleased with the results! The RV looks like new…better than new! They were careful to make sure that everything worked correctly so all I have to do is pack up and hit the road! Many thanks to Tony and Miguel who coordinated the repairs and kept me informed all the way through the process. Thanks also to all the techs who worked to repair the damage! I will highly recommend El Toro RV Service to all my camping friends!

El Toro RV solved a trailer brake light & left turn signal issue that my husband has been chasing for at least 4 months. They located a short in a wire underneath the under belly of the trailer. Yay!! we have all brake lights & turn signals again. Thank for the excellent service Chris Langer & El Toro RV team.

I love the guys at El Toro RV. They do a great job, communicate well and always super helpful. I have been going there (at their various locations) for my service needs since 2007. They have worked on all my RV’s and trailers.

Good customer service, just lacked the courtesy to let us know when they would get back to us. After we had found out they kept it for two days to let us know our mechanic was out of town. Other than that we enjoy their service.
