Lowe's Home Improvement

We purchased a dishwasher in Feb-Mar timeframe of 2024. It was installed in March 2024 by Lowes appointment Crume. In the last month, it has started separating itself from its designed location. We cannot just 'push it back in'. It currently hangs out three inches past the cabinet it should be flush with (see photos). When we called, Crume's one year warranty install had ended. They, nor Lowes, would help us. I've been a homeowner for almost 20 years, and it's not the first time we've replaced a dishwasher. I have never, ever experienced this. Nor have I experienced it through my parents/friends homes. Bottom line - if you're going to purchase a dishwasher from Lowes, I recommend asking who does the install. If it's Crume, please run away.

Very friendly and attentive service. Got a touch up container of paint mixed up quickly. Halloween stuff is up.

Not what it used to be. Not enough personnel. Curbside order delivery is virtually nonexistent. Almost always have to go inside and wait for "curbside pickup" orders. Personnel are very courteous, just apparently not enough of them. Two or three years ago, this was the best Lowe’s I’d ever been in. Not anymore.

I needed an odd color of stain to match my siding and was assisted this morning in the paint department by Sandra Lopez. She went above and beyond to help me get the perfect color and was extremely patient. Knowledgeable and helpful! And I didn’t have to hunt her down to ask for help either! She sought me out and asked how she could help. Great job Sandra and I sure hope Lowe’s realizes what a rare gem you are.

Typical big box home improvement store. I'm there somewhat frequently. The staff is friendly. However, there are times I'm left to wonder how engaged some of the less experienced staff may be.

My husband always go buy his work things here. We bought our washer and dryer on Black Friday, good deals and discounts. We applied for credit cards abs we got another discount. The upgraded our order for free since our order is not available. The lady help us makes things good.

Recent move from out of state and this is by far the best Lowes we've shopped at. I get asked multiple times each visit if I need any help, my last Lowes I usually had to track someone down. Store is clean and usually has everything we need when we come in. We bring our pups in too, and all the employees go out of their way to give them love!
