angelic girls work at this miniso location. everyday at 11 am the gates of heaven (miniso’s doors) open. they sell very cute merchandise, but besides the merchandise very cute girls work here. the shift leader isa is a very cutesy stylish girl. the employees love to talk all things cute so don’t hesitate to start a convo! also before you come please note the bags do cost money they range from $.20 to $.50 either pay for the bag or byob don’t be a karen!! we don't have labubus or sonny angels and we never will! if you have a birthday coupon do make sure it is your birthday month or be prepared to get rejected.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked inside this morning and was not greeted or acknowledged whatsoever. Employee walked by me several times and acted as if I didn't exist. She did this to every customer that walked into the store, could not be bothered whatsoever to acknowledge anyone. Why spend money at a place that doesn't even care if you're there or not?

Would not shop here if you want to feel Discouraged. Would not let me use my birthday Coupon for a item under 24.99. Will only be shopping at the in Westland mall.

I was so excited to find a miniso store in that mall, the moment I walked in the store was completely empty , no sales associate, no manager, I walked around for about 15 to 20 minutes browsing through and no one I mean no one was available in the store. I felt cringy when 2 associates walked out from the back, they didn’t greet just kept having their own conversation. I purchased a few items they didn’t offer a bag. He told me if I needed one I have to purchase one ( didn’t mind the .30) but it was very weird the customer service.

I went to this Miniso this past Saturday, 3/25, a bit after they opened, like at 11:30am. It wasn’t packed, only about 3 other customers, and I only saw one employee on the floor. But she was super helpful and nice, she let us smell some perfume testers they had and let us know that she had ordered more that should be arriving soon. The store was neat and organized. Overall, I was very impressed with all the cute things they had in stock even though this store is smaller than the one in Dolphin mall. I went to the one in Dolphin the previous weekend, and even though that one is bigger, this one had better items in stock in my opinion.
