We have been NV14 customers for a few years now and have always had impeccable service from Brent Willson, from monitoring our system to coming out to our house, he is top notch. We had electrical issues recently (from improper installation of a non-Neovolta certified installer) that led to our internal batteries being drained, Brent was kind enough to take the time out of his retirement and come to our rescue to provide the best customer support to get us back up and running again. We have had a Neovolta battery installed with our Solar system in 2023. 2 years later, a recurring issue required us to contact all our system's vendors to coordinate and resolve. I have to say Neovolta was spot-on when providing support over the phone. They already knew what the issue was before the other companies (installer, panel vendor, electric company) even were able to listen to me. They came the next day to troubleshoot and fixed the defective installation that was the root cause of the problem, i.e. NOT our battery. 5 star fr battery resilience and customer service.

I have had the NeoVolta solar battery backup system now for about 3 years and have been very pleased with the company and their service personnel. This is a great system and I can keep track of it on my cell phone. Very reliable and never had any problems. It is keeping my monthly electric bill down too based on the way it is setup and programmed. Highly recommended.

I purchased the NeoVolta N24 battery system in October of 2020. The product has performed flawlessly since installation. If help was needed, NeoVolta was there to provide support almost immediately. If there is a power outage, the transition to or from battery power is literally seamless. The backup power aspect and the very much reduced Edison bills have made this an outstanding investment for my home.

I purchased NeoVolta's battery system because it had features that I wanted that others did not. I later found that it has other features that made it even more appealing. I also later found that it lacks features that would have caused me to look harder elsewhere for a home battery. NeoVolta uses the safe, dependable, and long-lasting Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery technology. That's a big plus because I don't have to worry about it catching fire like NMC batteries, and it will last a long time. It produces 7.6 kW continuous power and stores 14.4 kWh of power; more than most single batteries. It includes it's own inverter, so that I was able to increase my array output without purchasing a new inverter. The NeoVolta system is modular and contained within a robust and weatherproof steel cabinet. Unlike many other plasticy cabinets that fade with time, this powdercoated steel cabinet will be looking pretty for years. The battery, inverter, and all other components are contained within the cabinet and is very easy to access if needed; unlike a Tesla Powerwall that must be physically removed to access. While I love the capability of my NeoVolta battery system, I hate that I can't control it, and I have limited capacity to monitor it. Home batteries can be used for a number of different tasks: electrical backup, power when the sun goes down, eliminating on-peak usage, and selling on-peak power with off-peak storage. Pick one of those uses when the battery is installed, because you may not be able to later. Unlike the Tesla Powerwall and other battery systems, NeoVolta doesn't give users the ability to configure their own system; the installer does it when it's installed. What if you want it changed? Well, the installer could do it, if he's still in business, and he wants to do it. Or not. Sorry Charlie! What about monitoring? Do you want to see if you are using more energy than you're producing? Well, keep guessing; NeoVolta provides an app that will monitor energy production and the energy that goes through the battery. But, it doesn't monitor the high-voltage power not going through the battery, like your oven, AC, and spa. Third party apps can do it, but NeoVolta refuses to provide the API Key they need to find your system. I wish I could provide 5-stars to NeoVolta, but their paternalistic attitude towards reasonable user needs to control and monitor the system they paid big money for puts them behind their competition.

I have the NV14 home battery backup from NeoVolta. It's been great! I've had it 2 and a half years. During the fires our area was without power for 2 days. Our solar and NV14 made life comfortable when it mattered most. No spoiled food, the kids watched TV and had WiFi just like normal. The BIGGEST feature not talked about is peace of mind. I don't want to go on and on but the customer service is also amazing if you ever need help with the app or features of the system! Top to bottom, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a home battery.
