I experienced the best customer service (TWICE!) at Hunts-Providence. In particular, Camille Kwiek, went above and beyond. I am an older person with ZERO electronic intuition. Placing a print order online was beyond my skill level. I walked in with my laptop and Camille approached me to help. I had a large fussy order and she guided me through it ( bonus computer tips.). I went back in today and she repeated the process as I took command of the keyboard! She was respectful, patient, and kind. Wow! Thank you, Camille ! You have installed hope in my abilities for future orders, and hope for the future when I meet a person like you!

My wife and I were looking for a decent camera for our upcoming travels. Where we live, there are no camera shops so while visiting the area we went to Hunts on Branch Ave Camile helped us out by assessing our needs and use. She showed us several different cameras, explaining the differences and pulling out cameras for us to hold and try. At one point there were 5 cameras on the counter! We narrowed it down to a Cannon EOS R50 with the two lens kit. She also talked accessories and we ended up with a few Camile was a pleasure. Very patient, knowledgeable and took time to explain pros and cons.

Great place to look at camera merchandise in person and purchase. Always helpful and friendly. Plus they have services like film developing and gear rentals (through 3rd party but location is convenient for drop off and pickup).

Always a great experience. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I love having a local brick and mortar store where I can actually see what I'm buying, especially for big gear purchases.
