They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with them!. Great customer service, friendly and efficient. I had a great experience at Public Storage on Harris Ave thanks to Kim and Aidan! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Kim took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. Aidan was just as helpful, assisting me with making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across such great customer service — they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with an awesome team.

Very very unprofessional and disgusting place, has raid bottles all over the office. The people that live there were always watching us.

Came in on 8/31/25 was having trouble booking online I spoke with Alex he showed me different sizes and prices (I was having a hard time choosing one) he was very kind and patient with me in the process selecting a unit he is truly an angel and helpful

I wanted to thank Lynn originally from park ave. Cranston ri location she came to help out Harris ave location and I am more than thankful she has amazing customer service and made me feel great for doing business with public storage.

I just left your facility and the store manager, Jenelle, was awesome to work with! Very kind and informative. You can tell she really cares about the place. She helped me choose which size unit to rent and showed me aroun. She let me know that if I needed anything I could text her directly! To be honest I wasn't expecting that great of service.
